Having bought the kit we had no idea…
Having bought the kit we had no idea what to do with it. There needs to be full instruction in the box!! However we rang pronetics who talked us through the whole process beginning to end. Then we were supposed to receive the email and pdf result by 8pm (3 hours later than completing the test). It didn’t arrive until after 1am the next morning. Very stressful indeed!!

Stressful process
Taking the test via the Zoom call itself was all very simple. We were told we’d have the email within 3hrs but if not, to send an email to an address we were given. Three hours goes by, no email. We send an email to chase, an hour goes by - nothing. We then use the Zoom meeting to speak with someone (as the landline of course was only monitored in office hours). He sends a chaser email. Finally 6hrs after we did the test we got the email - this was at 23:45, when we had to be up early to leave for our cruise. Such a stressful experience.

Package delivered quickly after ordering. Follow up phone call from the company to check all was ok.
I wasn’t expecting to provide so much information before taking the test so it took a while to gather what was requested, however there were good instructions to take you through every stage and the results were available on a pdf document almost immediately.

Was very anxious about the appointment
Was very anxious about the appointment, not having had any previous experience of this kind of process or zoom. The Nurse was great and led me through every step of the process and she took time to explain and tell me what to do all the way to uploading the result. Very happy with my experience.

Rude and condescending
Spoke too quickly. Was not clear and then rude and patronising. When we were not able to hear him, he rude and repeated in a very condescending manner. The office he was in was noisy and interefered with the sound quality.
