Process was great. I'm in an apartment and had it delivered to my place of work. My purchase was flagged and I worked with ProjectorScreen personnel to work it out and I love my new TV. Not ProjectorScreen's fault, but hardware shipped with screen was heavy on some screws and light on others, so had a trip to the local hardware store and wall mounts were for 1" drywall, not 1/2" in my apartment, so a second trip was required to hardware store, but everything got installed and picture is incredible! UST's are not just for single family homes. Get one!

I have been working on a hobby project in my home for 5 years. Part of the space was designated as a media room. Horrible company to buy or even buy anything from. I bought an open-box projector; at checkout, they didn't provide any information that it couldn't be returned. The product quality wasn't worth it, so I wanted to return it, but they wouldn't let me. This is due to their policy, which isn't presented to you at checkout. To me, this is a scam because if I bought an open-box item from Amazon, Best Buy, or Costco, they let you return it if you don't want it. I wouldn't buy from them ever again.

The screen was certainly expensive but good quality, had nothing to compare to. Our main challenge was the screen, directions were decent but extremely hard to assemble and hang on the wall properly!! We probably needed a professional installer!
