My experience with them was very positive. Great communication from day one; be it phone or email. I was informed at every step and I could monitor the progress of my checks using the online account. It took about 3 month for my checks to complete, but considering what I was applying for, it was totally understandable.

I understand why companies ask for these checks. I found the process to be easy to complete and seamless from start to finish. Very impressed.

Thanks to these guys i won't be paid till end of January and they have ruined my Christmas. I have seen similar reviews and I'm glad I'm not the only one that was messed around. I sent my information to three different people only to have it disappear a week later. They only managed to tell me what i actually needed to send them on the 1st of December after a month of enails and phone calls due to my previous self employment so i was late for payroll cut off. I can't believe this is actually a system for employers and employees when they can't communicate properly take a week to reply and when they do, don't even tell you an answer to your questions. I was passed over to multiple people for over a month and told the wrong information so i have missed out on twoonths pay!! Unacceptable service and absolutely ridiculous company

The worst experience ever. Background check took more then 8 months and in the end my employer was frustrated because none of the relevant information was provided by Procius. Their communication for an applicant is confusing, time consuming and inefficient. A nightmare , really !

initially I'm bit confused because this is my first time to online job application. I try to manage myself then later I got everything fined. Specially uplaod documents were I found satisfactory. Back ground checking process was good but I felt quite longer, it might be company's policies. Otherwise all good and smooth. Thank you.

My file was looked after very well and any questions answered straight away with a phone call . Staff very helpful every time I phoned for any further assistance.

Ring them up and if you’re lucky enough to speak to someone go through your story for the 10th time. Then, when you need to ring back discover yet again that there is no record of previous conversations. They lose letters, deny receiving them (make sure you send everything special delivery) and move the goalposts every single time. I nearly didn’t start my new job with an airline as I found the whole referencing process so distressing. How this Company maintains its contracts with clients is simply beyond me. You need to record every phone call and keep copies of everything you send them.

I think on the whole- very organised' keeping in touch with me during the whole process' from my application to my Interview! Seem like a really good Company to work for & I'm really looking forward to joining your company

Staff on the team made my experience absolutely fantastic , especially Tracey and Mia ! Always willing to help and going the extra mile to ensure all my checks are submitted and complete! Everything was done super quick and I can’t thank the team enough for everything they have done for me 😋
