I had a tricky gatefold wedding invitation I had designed in Canva, I paid to do the professional check and I am so glad I did, as there were issues with the bleed and alignment and I couldn't figure out how to fix them. One phone call and David provided me with really helpful guidance and making sure my artwork was correct to be printed. I would highly recommend printed.com for any printing needs, there customer service is really top notch! And a huge thanks to David, life saver!!!!

Good quality paper and prints however, I ordered 75 order of service, all 75 were off centre even after paying the additional fee so have someone check it before printing so was disappointed when this came on an A5 booklet but the prints on A6 of the page.
Having said this, the printed.com team were quick to apologise on the phone and to pass this info on and get it sorted. They are to send out a new batch free of charge due to their error.

Bad experience. Tried to reorder in hopes that the experience will be better but no, still had a bad experience. Kept rejecting the designs i sent, every time with different reasons. Can’t they just say all the reasons in one e-mail instead of going back and forth?! Not recommended at all.

uploaded my art to be printed off and there was some issues with it, they straight away got back to me and explained the issues and when I asked questions they got back to me straight away and reassured me it wont be printed till it meets good printing standards which shows they care about the products! they followed up with plenty of emails and felt reassured the whole way thru and delivery was fast got it within a week!

Great service and available to advise when needed. I'm really happy with everything I've ordered and the turn around is usually within a week. Much better service and quality than other print shops on the net. I used to use Vista Print but now use printed.com as their products are better quality, cheaper and more sizes/materials are available.

Super fast delivery. Wish the envelopes were held together somehow as there is no way to remove the invitations without all the envelopes being pulled out too. Would have also appreciated feedback on my order given that I paid an extra fee for my order to be checked. All we got was an alright and no other form of feedback. It also doesn't show how the order will come with bleed marks etc. But overall, fast and efficient.

Very good. They emailed me to say my prints wouldn’t have printed well so to upload a new image which was the approved. I’m glad they done this as they could’ve just printed it with bad quality. Also really quick delivery.

Rachel was fantastic, she personally reviewed my prints to ensure there were no errors due to a previous print having some blemishes- she swiftly corrected them and had a new batch dispatched the next day. Thank you so much Rachel!

We have used Printed for all of our wedding print, this started well with invitations, and became a 2 week nightmare when it came to service booklets. I'll outline our list of issues below:
1. Delivery: £20, failed to ring the doorbell
We were charged £20 for delivery, and completely let down by DPD Local who failed to knock, or even contact us. Not good enough for £20. Support were good to reach a resolution by refunding this fee and organising a new delivery address for me. (I can't *just* work from home, unfortunately).
2. Booklets printed in the wrong order
Upon eventual receipt, over half of the booklets we had ordered were printed in the wrong order, with some missing/duplicating pages completely.
Printed support were excellent, and agreed a reprint + 20% refund. We were grateful for this, but not the stress we needed 2 weeks prior to our wedding.
3. The reprint arrived with the same defects
Over half of the reprinted booklets were wrong in exactly the same way. Printed agreed that the least, and only, appropriate action was a 2nd reprint and full refund.
4. The 2nd reprint was riddled with defects, and still had some out of order
On receipt of our 3rd delivery, we were frankly amazed to find a few in the wrong order, and nearly 30% (72/250) had print defects that made them unusable.
These range from:
- Random blotches of ink
- Creases on the cover or pages, of both
- Booklets cut wonky, with the worst offender being off by nearly 2cm
- Every 4-5 booklets contained pieces of cut paper scraps (though this did not disqualify them from use)
Long story short, we've had our refund, and we're going elsewhere to get these printed - we simply do not have the confidence that we'll have booklets in time. I would strongly advise anyone else to do the same. Printed does not have a quality control process, or evidence of one. I was shocked to find quite so many issues on the 3rd reprint.
While some defects are expected with printing, a 30% miss-rate, on the 3rd print, is simply unacceptable.
The saving grace in all of this is that customer support are EXCELLENT. I, at every step, felt listened to, understood and we were able to cooperate closely to each resolution. Unfortunately, this team is let down by the sheer incompetence and carelessness of the printing process.
The other items in our order arrived great first time, but it's unacceptable that we've been under this much stress the week before our wedding, and we should NOT have to check every booklet individually for fear of defect.
If TrustPilot allowed image uploads, I would provide any evidence as necessary.
This was a truly awful experience, from a company that lacks the very excellence they advertise. Steer clear.
