Instantprint has printed several items for our organisation ranging from 1000 newsletters to hundreds of 150 pages perfect bound books. Everything has been perfect and promptly delivered.

I have had one a lot of books printed by Instant print and they were outstanding. They look so good and the quality was amazing. They were half the price of my local printer. I was really really pleased. I have had a little bit of a drama with this latest batch of books trying to get them ordered and printed in a bit of an emergency but Rebecca has tried her best to help me with this and I'm really grateful for that. I would definitely recommend instant print to anyone.

Quality and service doesn’t get better than this. Needed some menu boards printed, website easy to navigate to make the right selection. The boards were on my doorstep within 24hrs (did not pay for a rush order). The quality is superb. Our new favourite supplier!

Instantprint really do go above and beyond. Their delivery is ahead of time, the quality is amazing, if there's a problem they'll resolve it. I absolutely would not go anywhere else for my print jobs. I'd give them six stars if I could.

Hi, just wanted to say what a great experience I had with instant prints customer service, I called up and spoke to Daniel who was very pleasant and helpful in what I needed, before the telephone conversation had ended he had sorted out all my leaflets perfectly to the way I wanted it and ordered it for me all over the phone, once I received my leaflets they were exactly how I wanted it, I will be definitely use instant print again and I will be recommending them to anybody I know that needs printing done, thank you Daniel once again for your expertise

We ordered 2000 A5 full colour leaflets on 130gms gloss paper.

The leaflet was designed in Canva and sent to Intantprint. The quality of the print was beyond expectations.

Great service provided by William. My order arrived without invites as described on the website, however all sorted promptly and envelopes are now on their way.

I ordered business cards from this company and, unfortunately, the final result was simply not usable. The cards printed so dark that the text and logo are extremely difficult to read in normal conditions. This is not a case of colours being slightly off or a finish not matching expectations – the basic issue is that the information on the card is not clearly visible.

What made the situation particularly frustrating was the way it was handled. From the very first email, I explained clearly that the problem was readability. However, the responses I received repeatedly focused on the fact that I had “approved the proof” and that a colour warning had been shown. That point was repeated over and over again, without anyone properly addressing the actual concern I was raising.

For context, I used their own Photoshop template and relied on their preview tool when placing the order. At no stage did that preview suggest that the final result would be this dark or this difficult to read. I am not a printing expert, and I should not have to be. If a design is going to fail so fundamentally in print, that should be flagged clearly, not hidden behind a generic warning and a tick box.

It was only after a long chain of emails (around 12 in total) that the explanation suddenly changed. I was then told that, in their words, “a blur occurred” when the artwork moved from the website to production. This was the first time any internal issue was acknowledged, and it stood in clear contrast to the earlier insistence that everything had printed as expected.

By that point, the damage was done. I had already spent far too much time trying to get a simple issue taken seriously. I had originally planned to use this company for further printing, as the sample pack created a positive first impression. Instead, I was left with 100 cards I cannot use and the feeling that, had I not persisted, I would have simply been dismissed.

To their credit, a reprint was eventually offered. However, after the way this was handled, I no longer have confidence in proceeding with them again. When it takes this much effort to move from “you approved it” to “something went wrong”, it does not inspire trust.

In the end, what disappoints me most is not just the poor result, but the lack of basic judgement and engagement along the way, plus extremely cold email at the end. This should have been a straightforward issue to resolve. Instead, it became unnecessarily drawn out and frustrating.

I expected better.

Spoke to becky from customer service as i couldnt see my proofs in the confirmation email she was an absolute delight showed me the proofs through the online chat double checked everything for me and gave me reassurance before i confirmed she needs a raise 👌🏼😁

I have used instantprint for around a decade now and I have always been happy with the service. I recently had to resubmit my artwork after noticing an error after I had completed my order. The online portal is easy to use and Rebecca in the artwork team was really helpful when I used the chat to confirm my resubmitted artwork was the one that had gone to print.

Might I add this is the first time using Instant Print and I must say the customer service and idiot proof website navigation is phenomenal!!!

I found the website really easy to use. Which is a huge bonus. So many different options to choose from, lots of info to help you out. Customer services reply really quickly and happy to give advice and suggestions. I took the advice on A5 folded leaflets (4 pages) and my item has been printed really well. And packaged and posted really fast. I'm really impressed. Easy to upload your artwork into their website and you get guidance and a proof before payment. So you can make changes etc. I found the process simple and the company has been great
