I was really happy with my order, the plants were packaged brilliantly and even survived the rough handling of our Evri delivery driver!

The plants themselves are really healthy and look exactly as shown on the website. All already re-potted and happily growing away.

Plants arrived quickly and in good condition. They have made a difference to the house and are settling in well.

The plants did not arrive in a great shape.

Plant was excellent. Fast dispatch but pot was smashed and it needed repotting which is frustrating but not the fault of Prickle (although some soft padding/packing around the pot might of made some difference and would be appreciated).

I have ordered twice from Prickle and I absolutely love them. The plants are reasonably priced and good quality. I also really like their plant care advice, find it very helpful.

This is the second time I've bought from Prickle. The first time I received a plant that was clearly quite sick and had been poorly packaged, causing bent leaves. I contacted them right away and they had a replacement plant in the post the same day. When it arrived, the plant was healthier but again had bent leaves due to being poorly packaged. However, I didn't complain this time and just snipped off the damaged parts. I thought I'd give them another go recently, and while the plants were quite healthy, again there was damaged caused by squeezing the plants into too small a box. Customer services were again helpful, but to be honest I probably won't buy from here again. I buy a lot of plants online and the only time I've ever received plants damaged due to poor packaging have been from Prickle. If you're buying sturdier varieties of plants they may be ok though, and as I say their customer service in my experience has been decent.

It’s a good quality plant, well packed and good presentation in a proper box for plants which did not damage it.

Although I ordered through Prickle, the plant comes direct from a nursery.

I have ordered plants through the nursery itself and it took longer for them to arrive than it did through Prickle!

My two hydrangea trees came well packaged with plenty of new leaf buds on them both.

They have now been transferred into deep planters and have survived days of wind, rain, snow, frost & hail.
