Nice plants and great prices
Very nice variety of indoor plants, which were very reasonably priced. My order arrived quickly, and was well packaged. Had the plants for a week now, not only are they still alive (I am not green fingered at all!), but they are growing nicely in their new post. Also we have cats, so great that the website tells you which plants are pet safe and which aren't. Very happy with my purchase and would buy from again.

We’ve checked the photo you provided with our plant team, and they’ve confirmed that the plant you received is the correct variety for your order. Some plants can look slightly different at certain stages of growth or depending on the season, which can understandably cause confusion.

I ordered my plants on Tuesday last week the 31st March and as of today 7th April still no delivery! Clearly an issue with the Courier. However I my order was to enhance my conservatory during the Easter Holidays 🤔

disappointing
The plant arrived poorly packaged in a box that was too large, with the result that it was out of the pot and the soil was everywhere. I've repotted it in the hope that it will survive, but am disappointed as it was for a present.

We did reply to your emails within our usual 24 hour timeframe, and when we responded we explained that we were unable to amend the address as the order had already been picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch. As the postcode that you entered at checkout was incorrect, the courier delivered to the address provided.
