Ordered from here once, never again
First red flag was that they sent the parcel with evri, they do not give two hoots whether or not you put live plants on the side of the box, they’ll manhandle it like every other parcel. When the plants arrived they were poorly packaged and shoved into tight boxes, sideways. Two plants were cramped into one box which left one of the plants with ripped and damaged leaves, the third plant was floating around alone in another box so naturally had come out the planter and was bent at an odd angle. Opening the boxes resulted in soil absolutely everywhere. Luckily, the string of hearts fared the best, the begonia was an absolute state and the triostar was bent and had rips in the leaves.
Not impressed at all considering the price I paid for them. I have contacted their customer services in order for them to give me some sort of resolution but it’s safe to say I will never order from them ever again.
Patch plants and Houseplants UK can securely package their plants and send them well looked after and undamaged, so why can’t you?

I’m really sorry to hear that two of the three plants in your order arrived damaged, that’s incredibly disappointing, and it’s not the experience we want for any of our customers. The condition you’ve described, along with the issues caused by the courier handling, understandably leaves a poor impression, and I apologise that this happened after placing your trust in us.
As requested, a refund has been issued for the two damaged plants. I’m glad we were able to resolve that part for you, but I’m sorry the situation reached this point in the first place.

From the image you provided, the plant didn't appear to be damaged or in poor condition. The listing does state that it is supplied in a nursery pot, and it also provides the expected height so customers know what to expect on arrival. I can also confirm that a discount code was successfully applied to your order, giving you 10% off.

Good plant company
Both of my purchases arrived packed well and in good condition and on time. I have bought many plants from prickle plants and i am always very pleased.

Arrived not on time and damaged
The plant didnt arrive when it said it would.I had to contact delivery company to see where it was!When it did arrive the pot the plant was in was cracked and damaged could of been packed better!There was nothing on the box stating it was a living plant and fragile.Overall not the best.
