Zero actual stars. They refused to pick up the damaged range, then refused to refund my cost when it was stollen waiting for them to pick it up. Not once was i talking to someone in the States as they just kept refusing to pick up the damaged range until delivery of the new range. I had no ability to carry the range up 3 flights of stairs with broken glass just to carry it down again for return. The delivery drivers also refuse to climb stairs- leave it on curb (i have no driveway). This company taught me an expensive lesson. Do NOT deal with online companies. Walk into Home Depot, Lowes, Best Buy etc. Premium Home Source takes zero responsibility. After months of emails and communication with banks and better business bureau my 1600 dollars was never returned. I paid 1600 dollars and have nothing to show for it other than a damaged glass top stove that was stollen from my front yard after many weeks of refusal by PHS to pick it up.

Had a great price and came through when there were issues! Price was best by a good amount, shipped quickly and when we found some hidden damage to one of the appliances they made it right immediately. They checked every box, exactly what we needed.

PHS had all the appliances I was looking for. I did however order the wrong range hood for my type of cabinets. PHS corrected the order and issued me a full refund in a timely manner.

Anna in sales was highly responsive, helpful, and professional. I had a complex order and she was able to resolve any issues and respond to my concerns.

So far working with them has been a pain. Prices are nice, but they have no communication between them and their delivery contractors. My ice maker was left next to the road at the front of my property, no heads up, no confirming delivery, nothing. Then I was told that the rest of the appliances would be delivered and installed. Again without any information or confirmation I received a call telling me the appliances will be delivered within 2 hours, and no they will not be installing them. Very poor communication. We will see how the appliances look when they get here, praying they are not damaged.

I accidentally ordered 2 dish washers and was so stressed out I reached out late at night and got a response that my second order was canceled by 5 am I was so thankful and refunded within 24 house. Great customer service

I ordered a mini split system from Premium Home Source, which ended up being backordered. The manufacturer was in the midst of releasing their next generation product, and were impacted by new tariffs. Despite all if this PHS honored the original pricing, and kept me up to date with anticipated shipping dates as they continued to change.

Overall I'm super happy with the service and support.

Amazing delivery experience, extremely timely service and responsive team. All products arrived without issue. Always default to ordering from PHS for all my home appliance needs.

Customer service was extremely helpful. Right after I ordered my appliances, they sent a confirmation email with actual pictures of the color of the handles to ensure I was getting what I wanted. Once we realized it was not the right color they quickly switched our order to get the other handles. Then, when our microwave came broken and we didn't realize until later in the reno project, Anna worked diligently as a middleman between us and the manufacturer to make sure we got a replacement at no charge. Everything was very personalized and the communication was top notch.

I purchased the complete set of Forno appliances from PHS. The stove needed to be returned/exchanged. Although it was a long process, the company followed through and took care of the refund with Forno and made sure my problem was resolved. I'd recommend them and purchase from them again for that.

We moved cross-country 5 years ago.
The place we moved into had a small refrigerator so we just used it. But after 5 years, I deserved better and bigger! So I began looking! I looked for 6 months in stores and online! When I came across Premium Home Source, I was amazed! Their prices were good and the company was out of Canada! I’m in California. I wanted to support them! I chose the counter depth one that was “medium” in size. I do not need a HUGE one in my medium kitchen. It has worked so well! I absolutely LOVE it! The delivery guys unpacked it and set it in place. My husband hooked up the water line, then put the silver handles on, plugged it in, and we were good to go! It is very quiet too! It does also include gold handles! Bonus if I paint the walls a different color someday. So look around, but come back here to buy. Happy Trails!

PHS helped me choose then perfect Forno appliance package for my home! Their customer service was superb and pricing was unmatched. The appliances actually arrived too quickly and we weren’t quite ready for them and they helped me delay delivery for 1 more week so my contractors could make room for them. Everything was in perfect condition when it arrived and the packaging was in a sturdy reinforced box to keep everything secure.
