Service was the worst!
On March 10, 2026, when I made my order I was told that delivery would be in 2 weeks. On the 25th when I called back, the order was not yet shipped. Two weeks later the stove was delivered, but someone forgot the refrigerator. I got the run-around as no representative could give me a specific delivery date for the refrigerator. I was told I needed to contact the shipping company (with whom I had no contractualbusiness). Then I met Wendy who worked magic. She was extremely helpful and FINALLY the refrigerator was delivered on April 23.

PHS is great. Their entire customer service dept is so easy to deal with. I dealt mainly with Alex, who provided top notch service at all times. They never left you in the dark and kept you updated. Would highly recommend them.

Bought an appliance package with fridge, range and dishwasher. Wasn’t on the jobsite when delivery was received. Fridge and dishwasher were damaged severely. Also fridge did not have an ice maker. Tried to file a claim, all the customer service reps (everyone of which spoke broken english) were completely unhelpful. Said I just had to send a an email to support and hope for the best.

As a builder this is the fist and last time I will work with this company.

Premium Home Source is an excellent resource for top-of-the-line appliances at excellent prices! Their customer service is top-notch! And, their delivery service gets an A+ as their driver went above and beyond to get our stove placed. Highly recommend!!

I purchased a set of kitchen appliances but realized they did not match in color. The following day, I contacted customer service, and Kathy assisted me in resolving the issue. She was very patient and took the time to clearly explain the differences in color options. After our call, I needed additional clarification and called again—Kathy once more assisted me, providing detailed information regarding the refrigerator. She was consistently kind, professional, and attentive. A few days later, I was contacted again by the team regarding a delay with the hood, as it was not yet available in the warehouse. The communication was clear, concise, and handled with a high level of professionalism.

Excellent customer service with quick and responsive communication. Our original range hood went out of stock, but they went above and beyond by upgrading us to a better model at no extra cost. Really impressed with their service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I purchased a Forno Espresso Milano set from Premiumhomesource. The shipping was stated and calculated as free. My receipt shows free shipping. I was contacted by the company stating that I need to pay $1,000.00 in shipping expenses to receive my item. I have contacted the BBB, left a 1-star review (a negative 3-star wasn't possible). Buyer beware! I suggest not wasting your time.

Love PHS so much! They offered us not only the very best price + turnaround time for our delivery BUT they also had all of the items we wanted available for purchase on their website, unlike many other vendors that sell FORNO kitchen appliances!

Had a damaged item. My dishwasher had a dent in the handle and two scratches on the face.

I was refinishing my kitchen and decided to make some changes. A new stove / hood combination and a built in microwave drawer were needed.

We found Premium Home Source had the availability of high end yet affordable choices. Forno French oven doors with 400 CFM hood vent plus the Forno MW drawer were our choices. The delivery came undamaged and with a 2 year in-home repair or replace guarantee.

The staff at PHS always remain professional and I have to commend Astrid who has the ability to elevate a customer's experience to satisfaction even during a stressful remodel.

Once you get a hold of a person they really made every effort to help you and solve any issues. The follow-up was very timely and everything was resolved to my greatest satisfaction. Thanks for all the help!
