This delivery service couldn’t be further from “premier” if it tried. We specifically asked for a time slot that would suit our working hours and this was agreed. Then it was changed so I had to take time off at the last minute meaning loss of wages. My partner dismantled our bed before work and I sat home waiting.
The delivery never came.
My partner called back and they assured him it was still coming, just later than expected. The later time slot arrived and still nothing.
He called AGAIN and they informed him it had been damaged in transit and we would receive our new bed 2 days from now, on Saturday- the only day this week that he has off.
We currently have no bed to sleep on, they would not pay for a cheap hotel, but instead offered £20 compensation!! And we have to give up our Saturday waiting for an unspecified delivery slot??

What IS THIS kind of awful service??

Spoke to Abdul, very polite, very helpful, great service, explained everything and very easy, thank you!

Worst company ever promised bed at 7 then 8 now 10pm no bed nowhere to sleep.Not good im a 60year old disabled lady that now has to fork out for a hotel will be taking this further avoid at all costs

Abdul who I spoke to was very efficient and obliging and changed my delivery date.

Im giving a 3 not because of the bed or mattress there perfect they got a 3 because I got a txt from 1 of the delivery guys asking if I wanted extra service £40 to place in any room and build

Had high hopes for the service as appreciated updates the day before and a text to say next drop etc, but I Paid the extra £20 for double bed and mattress to be brought into my flat. Driver buzzed and I let into building but then just left it in close. When I queried it I was told
I wasn’t in that’s why it was left. I was in as I was the one who buzzed driver into building. Not impressed with the service and then for the driver to lie. Not happy. Poor service.

Spoke to Abdul today regarding my delivery very polite and helpful

Haven't had delivery yet but booked in for a few days time but Abdul on customer services was very helpful and polite.

I contacted them and asked if they could arrange for the mattress to be delivered on 4th August, as it is my daughter’s birthday and I wanted it to arrive in time for her special day. Laiba was very polite and kindly agreed to my request.

Rehman Khan was very helpful in getting me the delivery date I wanted and ensuring I will be contacted the day before to advise if a time slot.

Great customer service and helping me pick which delivery would be best for me, spoke me through everything and made sure i was happy before my payment was made, Rehman Khan was very very helpful and assured everything was right and very good customer service

Received a call from Rehman Khan to book my delivery after ordering some bedding furniture, he was able to offer various options for the delivery slot and it was confirmed and arranged in no time, very pleased with service overall.

I am very disappointed with this experience.

I bought the garden set based on a listing that showed only one image and did not explain that the cushions are loose, lightweight and unsecured. That is an important feature, and if it had been made clear before purchase, I would not have ordered it. In my view, this amounts to false advertising because the product was presented in a way that was misleading and did not accurately reflect what was being sold.

When I raised this as a complaint, my concern was not properly addressed. I was told the set was not faulty and offered a partial 5% refund or a reduced collection charge. That did not resolve the issue, as my complaint was about the lack of clear and accurate product information.

I asked for the collection fee to be waived in full, which I believe was a fair and reasonable request, but this was refused.

Overall, I found the response unhelpful and disappointing.
