Amazing! They call the day before to confirm your delivery time slot mine was 3-7pm and came at 3:40pm! you can live track them so you know roughly when they will be arriving, the delivery guy was amazing! told me that’s one of them was heavy so helped a lot! Fast and efficient delivery company!

Really impressed with the service from Premier Deliveries. From the communication beforehand right through to the delivery, everything was handled really well and made the whole process completely stress-free.

I’d especially like to mention Laiba from customer service, who was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. She kept me informed and was always happy to help whenever I had any questions. The customer service was genuinely excellent.

The delivery itself was also brilliant. Gursanjog Singh, the driver, was extremely polite, helpful and professional. He made sure everything went smoothly and was really pleasant throughout the delivery.

Overall, I couldn’t fault the service I received. It’s not often you get such a good experience from both customer service and the delivery driver, so I wanted to take the time to leave a review. A huge thank you to Laiba and Gursanjog for making everything so easy. I would definitely recommend Premier Deliveries.

Courier was very rude.
He got some cobwebs on himself coming through my front door, rudely complained and asked me for tissue which he snatched out of my hand with no thank you.
Not impressed at all.

Could not praise this company enough, phone call about delivery date, phone call the day before delivery, within the time given, the guys was amazing, would 100% use them again if need to. Very very happy with the service.

Have had the company deliver Cox +Cox furniture before and I cannot fault the speedy service and furniture handling with care.

The delivery I can’t fault however the service was terrible to give one driver 30 deliveries and to schedule mine for between 1840 and 2300 was ridiculous eventually arrived at 2105, perhaps the company should give less deliveries and aim to deliver between 0800 and 1800 like any normal business would, I felt sorry for the driver who was efficient and excellent who still had 2 deliveries to make and drive the 190 miles back to Birmingham having been on the road since 0400. I’m guessing it’s to save money but try caring about your staff will endure I never have to use this company again

Jafar Ali is a real professional in customer service who handled my case flawlessly. I would recommend this person for everyone who needs their stuff to be delivered quick and efficient. Respect to Jafar.

I ordered a mattress and the customer service has been brilliant. So helpful. I needed the mattress urgently so called. Spoke with Abdul Rehman and he was so kind, professional and helpful. He immediately sorted out the delivery. So lovely!

The contact that I spoke to in the company, Muhammed Zain, was very helpful and the delivery drivers were polite and friendly. Communication with the company was excellent. I was kept informed about the delivery date and time. All in all a first rate experience.

I had a fantastic experience with Muhammad Zain today. I ordered a mattress this morning and Muhammad called to confirm my details and explain that delivery would normally be in two weeks. As I needed the mattress urgently, he explained the express delivery option and then went the extra mile by putting me on hold while he contacted the delivery team to see if next-day delivery was possible. Thankfully, it was!

Muhammad was calm, professional, patient and genuinely listened. I even told him he was talking a little too fast, you know how salespeople can be! 😁 He wasn’t at all rude; instead, he slowed down, repeated the information and made sure I understood everything before ending the call. He also asked whether I needed anything else.

I have worked in Customer Care myself, so I know a top team member when I come across one, even over the phone. Muhammad provided amazing service and is a real credit to the team. Thank you!
