Worst platform, I am a doctor and using practo since 8-9 yrs. But every year they are coming with new fee or new plans which pinches your pocket and that amount is hefty in comparison to previous ones. In turn doctor end up increasing the fees which inturn affect the patient. The customer service is pathetic. I can only say that they are taking advantage of doctors. Personally I feel moment any other platform comes i will stop using practo pro.

practo provide the worst service in this industry.they people grabed my 7080 rupees on the name for enhancing the consultation flow and now not replying properly. when u mail to the team they are having the same reply all the time.
if anyone is there to read these message revert me back for my issue,i wont leave it so easily ..

Thee most impolite, pathetic service in this day and age. Not 1 person to help/assist with concern. You will be amazed at how nonchalantly they say, "Sir, I cannot do that/this.
Why have customer service who cannot help??
Just a money making, useless company.

I love the experience of Practo. Thanks a lot to Aman Jha and Nishtha jee. They guys are awesome and I was having a wonderful experience with Practo. No headache no tension. They guys are there to take care of your headache. If any issues contact practo they are best.

I think it is fraud, I will report it to the bank. The app doesn't work, doctor doesn't reply.

Well first of all they doesn't give you a doctor of your choice. Sometimes they doesn't allow follow-up after certain days with doctor. And most of the doctors aren't that experienced.

Practo is doing great n outstanding customer support 24*7, Practo will surely grow to the nxt level, if you have dedicated employees like Miss Shampa. 5 ON 5 Star for her support and tech upgradation.

One of the worst companies "Practo" and fraud app that is out there. They are literally fooling their customers. I had a pretty bad experience with them, I booked a video consultation two times with one of their doctors and paid around 1100 rupees. Both times the consultation was canceled by the doctor/ by their support team but they didn't refund my money and instead asked me to write mail. I mailed to Practo legal team and followed up multiple times without getting any acknowledgment from their legal team side. Every time I talk to their support team it is pathetic in providing service and concluding the matter. Also, the problem with the support team they have default answers whatever you ask them they come up with the same answer every time which is more disappointing. Till now I am struggling for a refund for my hard-earned money, I am planning to file a complaint against them so they get a lesson and don't repeat this with other customers.

i paid 1000 rs for a consultation. the doctor didn't show up.

One of the worst fraud apps that is out there.If You book an appointment via practo and if the doctor is not available at that time they will not let you cancel the appointment.You have to write to their stupid good for nothing customer care who has serious problem with reading English.They will always provide default template answer.

About practo reach. totally disappointed with your team and service. Till I bought the product your people were behind me and once I had bought the product no one is bothered to solve certain issues like keeping a book a consultation option. When I call the person who sold me the product they don’t respond. Finally waste of money to buy reach in practo.

While booking money deducted but booking not confirmed.. Then you have to waste half an hour.. Chat with Practo and beg for appointment or money refund.
Best way is find doctors in practice and go for google and do direct booking with same doctor.

I am writing this review to make all aware that Practo is completely fraud.
I purchased the Practo Plus Infinty Family Plan, and I was told that I can have 2 adults and 2 kids. At that time I was expecting so Practo told that I can add baby later.
Now Practo is saying I can't add him as max I can have 2 adults and 1 kid. Practo completely changed from what it said before.

Moreover, I have one more example when Practo changed from what it said before.
at the time of purchase I was taking consultation from xyz doctor. So Practo said that I would continue to get reimbursement of consultation from the same xyz doctor till the plan is active. Starting of 3-4 consultations are reimbursed, but no more afterwards.

So if you want to avoid frustrations, unnecessary follow-ups, waste of money then I would suggest just ignore Practo. And dont fall under trap.

And Practo is not user friendly as whenever I have any query I need to spend average 30 mins in their chat. And Practo will give you phone number for support but after 2 months it will also stop working.

If there was an option to review zero I would have preferred that.
The video consultation was delayed by 40 min, the prescription was not clear.. I had seeked appointment with a gynaecologist...
I had to reach customer support which was further more horrible in providing resolutionand asked me to right mail and wait for 24 to 48 hours. So basically if a person is in pain and has unclear prescription to get in touch with follow ups will have to wait 2 days ... badically suffer .
Totally unprofessional service....

Worst app available in the market today! I have been trying to consult the doctor which i usually consult however the app is not letting me consult the doctor. When i tried talking to the customer care folks they gave general reasoning and asked me to wait for 24-48 hours. When i called them again after 48 hours they again gave me 24-48 hours stating that there is a technical issue and team is fixing it.
I contacted them again after 48 hours and again they gave me the same excuse. Now when i asked them to cancel the subscription and refund the money they are not doing it asking for 24-48 hours again. The customer care even have the audacity to tell me change the doctor and consult another doctor[Not sure who trained them]! I have sent 15 emails to their CEO and other senior folks but none of them reply and the customer care as usual have a pre-written script which they keep on repeating.
These guys are big time frauds and nobody shall buy from them!

I have a bad experince. Doctors are purly fraud. i consulted with T Aarathi reddy [ homeo doctor]. she has not done video call firstly.
On phone she talked and given the medicine in chat. I was having horrible cough and not able to sleep from last so many days.
After 2 days i chatted her. her response came after 28 hours that my cough will recover in 15 days and i need to contact her after that post consultation period, it means i have to pay again.
As per practo , i have 30 free message to send to doctor, but doctor is not available. I am saying her no improvement in my situation, No response from her. I asked her what all things to avoid, she is telling me after 4 days rather than upfront.
I told practo customer care to refund my money,,, they said me sorry and ended my chat session.

The doctor never take video consultation even when I had requested, they come up with reason like practo app some problem and doctors in practo just talk for few mins and send the prescription even without listening properly, in some video calls doctors are seen driving not concentrating on problems , some doctor are seen doing household work, yawning etc, unprofessional app and unprofessional doctors!!!!
