Felt happy from heart of our family for Dr Ramesh garu of Altius hospitals , senior Laproscopic surgeon. My mother got operated by him. Though very senior and skilfully efficient, he is down to earth person and make patient and attends feel comfortable, explained everything clearly abt surgery. Well maintained supportive staff and hospital is hygienic.
Dr Priya Patil , gynaecologist and obstetrician is very helpful , she taken all feedback from patient and explained everything and made us comfortable , also speak Telugu, as we r from Andhra.
One Mr Sijju Operation theatre incharge, coordinated very well for surgery and in ICU.

Staff nurses and housekeeping are well maintained.

I paid for online video consultation with doctor Jain, but I did not hear anything about my appointment from doctor or practo. I sent multiple email to refund my money, but no body is even caring to respond to my email. It is a fraud company and I am going to file a case against them. Stay away from this company.

I am a doctor who paid money to practo for leads that they promised would come. They made me pay a large sum for a particular advertisement package. Their marketing team contacts 100s of times until the payment is made. Once it is done, they stop answering your calls. I called them several times to say that I didn't get a single lead even 2 months after payment. But they stopped answering calls. Money gone (in lakhs).
I advise all doctors to stay away from it. They are only a money-collecting platform and do not deliver what they promise.

Practo is indeed a wonder full app for video consultations. using it since more than a year now. had a fantastic experience with the app. The doctor is always available on time for the consultation. the app working is very smooth and excellent, pocket friendly. Have been consulting Dr. Smita Nambira and she is a wonderful Doctor and a lovely human being, she knows have to convers with her patents and make them feel comfortable.
Very disappointed to read reviews by others here. I am sure what ever minus points that Practo is lacking shall not remain for long.

I booked a video consultation via the web and received a link for the session in advance. However, upon clicking the link, it redirected me to an app that consistently crashed. Despite this technical hiccup, the doctor was kind enough to initiate an audio call through Practo. Additionally, I made several attempts to link my Paytm wallet, but encountered failures each time.

When I reached out to Practo support for assistance, they instructed me to reinstall the app and try again, However, it's worth noting that I had already performed a fresh installation of the app prior to booking the appointment . They also requested that I share a screen recording of the issue, but didn't made any effort in check the any logs of wallet linking error on their own side.

They are no 1 cheaters they scammed me with my hard earned money their app sucks their dr are lairs they are just out here to take our money

They are fraud. Please don't waste your money on Practo. They assign you all non experienced low quality doctors who are not only money minded but very rude and give a wrong diagnosis!

I purchase 1 month unlimited plan, i need Endocrinologist they’re providing Diabetology, when the call is picked up I ask the doctors, do you treat for thyroid they say no. Most of the time they are connecting to General physician, and that to we didn’t getting the video calls & details of the Doctors

The reviews are paid and bought, honest reviews with bills and pictures are not uploaded 😕

The reviews of this website is rigged. I went for a doctor visit and posted a review on procto.com. The website has strict review policy where you need to show the payment information with the date of visit. After doing all these and posting a review it went under review. After noticing that the review wasn't posted for 2-4 weeks, I called their support and they assured me that they would look into it. Finally the review was posted with heavy redaction. Keep in mind that there was no foul language used in the review and it was very genuine. After few months, they took off the review. I can see reviews posted before my visit but not mine. What type of a doctor review website are these running that are getting paid from doctors to post good things on their website. It seems that doctors who are not good are the ones paying for their services...so in short be aware....

They charge 100 rs extra for appointment. Totally disappointed ☹️ dnt go for practo.

Very bad practo service. They show all fake and paid 5 stars review about the hospital. They will not show real review which are genuine.
All reviews shown by practo are well drafted, neat and clean without any spelling or grammatical errors.
They should be banned for such illicit and deceiving practice.

Bad experience. Booked an appointment through this app. Information provided was totally wrong and misleading.

Very very bad misbehaving coordinator Arnab Paul. Gave me estimate of 1 lakh . Hospitalised for two extra days without any need before surgery. And then stopped taking my calls. Hospital kicked me out at midnight with and infant just after surgery. Extremely bad experience

I am a doctor, using this platform for last 5 years. They have the worst post service.
There executives call you only till you pay them, then they just vanish.
I hope there CEO reads this and come to know that he has hired a bunch of cheaters.

I booked through practo app..the doctor fee written as 700rs...but the actual fee is 2000rs for 10min consultation.please beware the consultation fee..too much fee

Froude platform, I suggest do not book any consultation through this platform? they have open this platform the collect money only. No Video consultation and no help you will get here. They do not have any customer care and just provide support through email.
Do not waste your money.

One of the worst services, they claim the waiting time will be less than 60 min, but most times you wait longer the appointment system is crapy.
