Don’t go with practo.

Worst service...Do not go with Practo.After getting money,they will not respond.

After Surgery they won't give proper response.Don't choose Practo Care. Better go directly to the Doctor Who you know and take the treatment

An mbbs dctr must be busy in his job,where ever he is ..but he is sitting free at practo app waiting for online patients..anytyme....anytyme free when ever i vdo called ..how a mbbs real doctr have time in doing all this online..it means he dont have patients in his clinic ..no surgery..nothing...can practo ansr me this..then i will share my eperience ..

If there is negative stars its also not worth of this. They looted my money. They called you to the hospital at that point they left you alone. I had a surgery through my health insurance with 100% cashless they told me and also told me insurance approved and called me hospital and at that point they asking me for all the money for surgery…

Practo is fraud site, the ratings are misleading n completely paid, dont go by it

money taken but appointment didnt go through and there was no support during the issues. i was trying to connect for 30 min and nothing happened. the online support was ridiculous and no response.
I posted my comments in the chat but the dr never responded. I think I lost the money for no reason. this is really fraudulent

Never go with practo its fraud company doctor are inexperienced after once received payment they can't support anything hospital are third grade my personal experience

I had ordered few medicines from this app and it was told within 3 days I will receive it,
3 days later an representative gave a call
said Hello and just hung up!
then I go back to the app, it says delayed for next 4 days,
thn I text the help support
Mr. Momeen Sharief was person who assisted me,
he legit took 35 mins just to fetch my order, and kept telling this is not service which usually been provided blah blah
pretty felt like I was chatting with the auto reply, cause all he kept saying was "THIS IS NOT THE SERVICE WE INTEND TO GIVE" then I told him to cancel the order, he took 27 mins to check with the Team to cancel it and he saying you'll receive a mail after 48hrs and then another 48 hrs to process the refund,
which ducking app does that I mean the person would receive their meds after he's dead or something,
tbh they don't even deserve this 1 star also.
Hoping get my refund back🤞

Worst worst experience, they playing with patients, all sudden they increased my bill from 33 k to 1 lakh, and no invoice they gave, full manner less practo employees,, they talk with patient so so rude, they gave mental stress to patients,, I went so healthy and cameout so much painful, they have no answer what exactly happened to me, very less knowledge doctor are their who have no clue what is going on, I m suffering with pain since 3 days no doctor came to see me,, pathetic only want money, they pushed me for surgery, there was no need for this, they fixed my surgery on week itself.I never suffered so much pain in my life they have given to me, I will always remember how pathetic this campany is.

Three words are enough
Bad company , irresponsible and bad customer support, no accountability.

THEY DON,T GIVE ANY RESPONSE ESPECIALLY TO A DOCTOR, CHARGE AND TAKE MONEY FROM DOCTOR FOR APPOINTMENTS BUT DONT CARE FOR ANY SUPPORT , MY 20,000 RS are stuck with them since 5 months , didn’t provide the service for which the money was taken, no response even on multiple complaints online to their customer care……TO ALL THE DOCTORS DON,T TAKE OR ENROL IN PRACTO , THEY EARN AND RUN THEIR COMPANY THROUGH YOU, BUT NEVER GIVE A RESPONSE OR SOLUTION TO THE MATTER, ONCE MONEY IS WITH THEM IT,S GONE….

Terrible System... Scheduled an appointment with a doctor through practo and the appointment was subsequently informed as not available. However, a follow up mail from practo sought our comments on our experience when the appointment itself was not confirmed!

Worst services providing by Practo. Asking to upload prescription documents (which are personal documents of individuals) as mandatory in feedback. Unnecessarily calling multiple times and informing previously paid amount was refunded due to technical reasons and asking to pay again.
Do NOT trust Practo .

I have a horrible experience consulting Dr. SUDIPTO BHATTACHARYA in Practo Online App
1. Video consulting could not be done though I paid for Video consultation.
2. Dr. was in chamber visiting offline patients during my time and asked me to write the case in chat. He kept me waiting for long.
3.Dr. was even not paying full attention and incomplete prescriptions first with few tests and no diagnosis done. After asking in chat whether some kind of infection he sent modified prescription.

I initially had 1-2 good experience with doctors. But from my 3rd appointment all the doctors I have used are either taking appointments from car or while outside hardly paying attention to patients requirement. The medicines ordered on Practo are nightmare to return. Even after raising same issue thrice I haven't got a resolution. The reply I got for the first time is they called you were not reachable on phone so the issue was closed with no further action ( no mail, message anything, you have to keep checking if anything happening). They demands all the same details each time you ask for update and then vanish with reply we will contact you in 48 hours and then no one reaches out.
The laboratory reports were incorrect and the explanation is things could change in your body in 15 days. Wow. Never using them again. There are lot of alternate options.

#Practo Can you take my feedback seriously being a women doctor many patients are using your online platform to bully harrass women doctors online. Why do you not technically fix the issue with patient who hasnt been able to connect on video not able to understand audio
. Prescription given but not following doctors request ..intention of such patients isnt to get treatment but to use your platform to get personal details of women doctors. Kindly avoid such crimes against women. You are encourging cyberbullies to stalk harrass and use your feedback section to write feedbacks and control women doctors who avoid such nuisance appointments.

A sham "service"
When I had used Practo, I thought it was more like a directory - to locate service providers in my area. But after a horrible experience with a physical therapist, they wouldn't led me post negative reviews about her (the therapist). Their review process, I found out, requires they send the customer review to the service provider. Naturally, this "therapist" who just swindled me out of money and didn't do diddly-squat, denied everything flat out. And without her "permission", Practo wouldn't post my feedback.
I wish I had read reviews of this company before using their website. Total fraud!

I ordered medicines for my dad which has few bottles of insulin too which requires ice pack till it’s delivered to the customer. First my order was delivered to a wrong address, secondly when I received the medicine the ice pack was warm rather than being cold. I contacted the support and they said they can’t return or exchange as it doesn’t falls under their small print of terms and conditions.
