I rented quite a few properties in Dubai over the years and always used Dubizzle, this time same platform but I got an immediate response from Abdul Majeed Bandiyod at positive Properties. I was expecting to chase the agent as you usally do and basically work to actually get the property not this time, Abdul was amazing got all the paperwork in order, helped negotiations and with in 24hours had the tenancy contract signed, he even helped me with Ejari and Dewa and honestly never had it so easy, dont know what the other agencies are doing I used before but I can truly say this was the gold standard. I have been dealing with Farhad for the past 3 years and I can say that he is very decent, honest, supportive, collaborative, trusted and professional person. Farhad's service was absolutely excellent. He was so patient, showing us a lot of different places to help us make up our minds. Even during this difficult times and lockdown he managed to guide me and give all
Information needed for property viewing. Manmeet is hard- working person, even at 22:00 he is reachable and always tries to find a way to complete the task. He works almost 24/7 . He s willing to reach the client when needed. He provided all useful contacts- telecom numbers, ejari, movers, Maintanance.... all related to rellocation. The only complication was with Facility Managment company.
