They really need to add a subscription management page on the website. This is really bothersome.
The website is low quality and it doesn't really do more than platforms like righmove or zoopla. The £40 monthly subsctiption is basically an extortion if you forget to cancel after you have paid the £1.99 trial for 3 days - not that you are able to cancel in the first place on the website.
You basically have to blacklist them on your banking in order to stop the subscription.

I am disappointed to discover that this company has advertised my property for rent without my knowledge or permission. As the legal owner, I have not authorised any such listing, making this a serious breach of trust and professional standards.
What is even more concerning is that they have used historical photographs taken by my previous letting agent, without consent, while the property is still under an active tenancy. This raises significant concerns around privacy, data usage, and the rights of both myself and the current tenants.
Marketing a property in this way is not only misleading to potential renters, but could also facilitate fraudulent activity. It demonstrates a clear lack of due diligence and respect for legal ownership.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company, and I expect them to take immediate steps to remove the listing and address how this situation was allowed to occur.

Misleading £1 trial turned into £35 charge – no usage after trial
signed up for what I believed was a £1 trial. It was not made clear to me that this would automatically turn into a £35 subscription.
I did not use the service at all after the 7-day trial period, yet I was still charged £35.
When I contacted support, they claimed the service had been used and refused to provide a refund. This is incorrect and very frustrating.
I also explained that I am not originally from this country and have difficulty understanding English, so I did not fully understand what I was agreeing to at the time. Despite this, they still refused to help.
This feels misleading and unfair, especially being charged for a service I did not use.
I would strongly advise others to be very careful before signing up, as the trial converts into a paid subscription and refunds are not given.

Lack of transparency and poor value for money
At first glance the website looks useful, but there are several serious issues.
Rental prices are not clearly specified – it is often unclear whether the price is per month (pcm) or per week (pw), which is very misleading when searching for a property.
There is no option to report or flag listings that appear outdated or suspicious, which is a major downside for a platform that charges users.
Finally, the paid subscription offers little to no real value and this cannot be stopped for the first 24h . You pay to contact landlords who often do not respond, and many listings can be found for free on other websites.
Overall, the service does not justify the cost. I would advise being very cautious before subscribing.

• Reporting listings: You can always contact our support team if a listing appears outdated or suspicious, and we will investigate and remove it if necessary.
• Subscription and value: Our subscription gives full access to contact landlords. We do not control landlord response times, and we do not delay cancellations. Users can cancel at any time after the first 24 hours through their account settings or by contacting support via email.
We appreciate all feedback, but it is important that it reflects how the platform actually operates.
