Lack of support from this company is unbelievable
If you have a problem out of normal working hours then don't expect help
One problem - pipe burst at tea time no water to the property and was told to go buy water from the shops
2nd problem - Potential carbon monoxide leak at the address and because they emailed me at 10.30am on a Saturday morning - when the office is closed and noone to contact, with just an email to say someone from somewhere else will be in touch at some point
I've now been left with no gas to the address since midnight Friday and still no further forward with who looks after my address
I don't believe for a second that they found out on a Saturday that my landlord would be moving to another company, had I been told earlier, then i would of had a contact number for out of office emergencies
Reported issues with the kitchen over 2 months ago and had no contact about assistance with this neither
Not had any good experiences with this company unfortunately
Further information-
I was "informed" of a new company taking over my property on a Saturday morning, via email, when your office isnt open for me to ask for further information, and the only "information" given for the new company was someone called charlotte would reach out- again the new company not open on a weekend
No contact details for the company nor my landlord were left in case of an emergency in a period of time where your company stopped and the new company starts - to email on a Saturday morning out of your own office opening times is ridiculous and also no notice! Not even 24 hours!
As for the report for the kitchen I don't report issues to the landlord I report them to you, through your website as per my contract at the time, so to close the job and not update me with a reason again your company fails with lack of support or communication, I don't get a notification that a job has a been closed I.e dismissed and I don't have contact details for the landlord I had yours!
I have also never been advised of taking the issue up with my landlord or I would of asked for their details,
As I also asked you for on Saturday via the email i sent and got no response but...
I put a review up and got a response which is strange, I wonder if your answer to this part is because the office isn't open on a weekend, oh apart from to tell people we no longer deal with you your on your own?...

Pleasant high standard communication skills
But Most important at the end the day you delivered the service in good time with smile
There are few issues in the contact were not clear, but I share responsibility with you as I should not had over looked them. Also there is some delay in passing on some documents to the extend I needed to ask for them while they should be sent automatically.
It would be helpful not to depend on automating communication and high technical methods all the time.
