Would have given 5 stars if not for shipping. Packages were sitting in the post office for 10 days. But 5 stars to the company!!!! They are amazing and can't help the USPS.

Not to bad there was some things broken and open so I’m hoping my next boxes are a little better

Most of the items were good. few knockoffs that surprised me.

For now im going with 2 stars I use mystery boxes on my TT channel and got a flyer saying that if I buy 5 boxes I'll get a 6th for free.. got no confirmation of ill even get the 6 th box as promised abd the promo code I was given didnt work at check out, my order as sat untouched and not shipped for over a week and when I attempted to reach the company through a few different avenues I have not gotten a response back. Not saying its a bad company but so far no response to give it a good rating.

I love the two boxes I ordered. The only thing I didn’t like was it took longer to get the boxes after I ordered them. But overall a great experience.

Great customer service I questioned why it was taking so long and it was addressed immediately. I understand it is very popular and takes a little longer then usual. Contents were worth more then I spent very happy, I have since ordered 2 more boxs.

I contacted the company due to delayed shipping. They had gotten their website back up and running so they were backed up. I was only trying to hold them to the actual delivery date as we were going out of town. That did not happen unfortunately but they did try and all communication was very friendly and kept me up to date with tracking info and such. No I didn't win any of the expensive gifts like handbags, gaming, Apple etc. but my husband had a few good items, I did too and some to my daughter and grandkids. They loved the Pipsqueak boxes! Thank you Austin and team for excellent customer service and communication.

It would be nice if we were able to give our preferences and you can match it up to our likes and dislikes better. Surprise us with things that we would actually use.

Not only was shipping greatly delayed, as it didn't ship until days after it should have originally been delivered. But I got ZERO reply from them through their Facebook or their texting on their website. But, the box is ridiculously empty. Like, maybe 1/4 of the box filled. And the products are low value and junk. Not a single thing in the box is worth more than a few dollars. And having spent over $60, its screams SCAM!

Garbage, absolute garbage. If you're going to try an unclaimed mail mystery box I'd invest in Fundelivered. I've never been disappointed - even though there's stuff I can't use sometimes it's hilarious and not just trash in a box

Absolute junk was shipped. Large box with open boxes, dirt on the bottom of box, partially filled (not even half way) and nothing of use. Nowhere near the amount that was paid. Everything was donated to thrift store as completely useless. 100% will never purchase again.

I bought the chance at everything box. It took a long time to get here. When I inquired about why it was taking so long customer service did get back to me and did give me a credit on my next box which is a great offer; however, after receiving my box I am not sure i will even use this credit. I was disappointed with the box I received. I felt the products in my box were not even worth what I spent on the box. I knew it was a gamble but not not I would take that gamble again.

Complete garbage I got two of their boxes and did not receive anything that can be used. Everything was opened. I got a pair of shoes that somebody had apparently wore quite some time and then I got some broken pieces of this and that some chords that nobody has any idea what they go to. It was a complete waste of my $150.

I was looking forward to my first 4 boxes as I love mystery items and could really use some cheering up(the 13th was my son's 2 yr anniversary since he passed from suicide and the 21st is his birthday). I didn't expect to win one of the big items but I didn't expect to get used makeup, broken or open destroyed items, all items valued at cheaper than temu quality. Don't waste your time or money! They created my shipping labels way before they even shipped, probably do they could fill all 4 boxes with trash I have to pay to bring to the dump!

The package arrived quickly and was in great shape. It was full and several great products in it.

I ordered a Blue Tape Mystery Box on May 31 and was really excited to see what I would get. When it still hadn’t arrived by June 5, despite only shipping from Kentucky to West Virginia, I reached out to customer service for an update. About 24 hours later, I received a response stating that shipping could take 1–3 weeks and that they were sorry for the delay, but my order would be shipped within the next few days.

The package finally arrived on June 12. Unfortunately, the excitement quickly turned into disappointment once I opened it. The box contained six plastic cups, a fake candle, an empty blush box, a seat cushion, a yoga mat, and a pair of opera glasses with a broken lens.

For the price paid, the contents felt like little more than leftover junk, and I was extremely dissatisfied with the overall value and quality of the items received. This experience did not meet my expectations, and I will not be purchasing from this company again or recommending it to others.
