I have had nothing but issues with my orders as well as getting my refund because they couldn’t fill it. Not very happy at all. I put a second order in ordered 3 boxes 2 I received the other still hasn’t shipped. Very disappointed in the whole ordeal!

Items were a 10 but the delivery time a 1.
The last order of 2 boxes one box was a 10 the 2nd box was a dud. 6 items of trash. Paper sombreros, a thin bath towel a waist trainer a part for a air conditioner, I can't remember the other two items.. All for 60.00 so Id love to be compensated. Im not a complainer, I just want what I pay for. Thank you.

Took forever for my box to arrive. Then all that was in it was a broken printer, an open box of breastfeeding pads, a shower chair with parts missing, a rubber ball, a door lock, a journal book and a cheap sling bag purse. Definitely one of the worst Mystery boxes I've ever received. Disappointed 😞

I am extremely happy with the product that porch pirates provide. I have ordered 3 times.

When they initially came out, I bought one for my son, and it soon became one of his favorite playthings. He kept returning to it since he was having so much fun with it. It also works well as a party favor or birthday present. For children who like engaging, hands-on activities, I would unquestionably suggest it.

Just got our second box, love the variety. Didn’t get a high ticket item but just got a $300 toaster in our wildcard box. Shipping was much faster the second time around, support was excellent. Best mystery box company we’ve dealt with.

Taking so long to give me my money back after they canceled my order and now won’t even email me back. This was only my first order and my last. I’m sure there’s better companies to spend your money on. Update: owner called me and the issue has been solved. Thank you for calling me.

I ordered the rainbow box. I got a message from SHOP for when it would arrive. When it did not arrive I called your customer service line and was told you all had been shown so much love that you were overwhelmed however I was not being scammed. A few days later much to my delight the box arrived. It was so much fun opening it. All the items were useful, clean, and intact. I used the items for my family reunion silent auction. I was very pleased. I posted everything on Facebook and had several people say they were going to order now that they saw it was the real deal. The only suggestion I have is when you do recieved an order that you could give an expected delivery due date. I was so happy with my first box I ordered another on June 11 and am still patiently waiting.

The communication was wonderful!! And the box itself a lot of fun!

I loved everything only thing I can say was not the best is that it took longer then I expected.

Great customer service. They let me know quick if there was a delay in delivery.

I have ordered my package and was told it would be the next Friday that I would get it. Never received it message them about it told me that they would be several days behind as I got popular on social media and have lots of people ordering so I say okay and I waited and waited got a tracking number and I'm waiting and still haven't got my package and it's been almost a month. I have message them on Facebook Messenger through email and on their site and haven't really got anything for them I'm about to get a hold of them and ask for a refund as this is bullcrap and it shouldn't take this long after you've already billed me and took my money and still haven't gave me my item.

Loved all the things in the box and fast delivery

Received a bunch of small plastic goody bag toys for kids. Maybe $20 worth. Paid $80 to sign up for a subscription. Such a scam. Not to mention it took 2 weeks to fill my order. Do not waste your money.

What went wrong should be what went right. How about used shoe's, used cup with some kind of red/pinkish residue in it. Open packages with nothing inside, late delivery and in my luxury box i got a deflated tire! Seriously... beauty/ luxury my behind.

Pretty good overall. Shipping was slow, but finally got here. It's a fun box. As a reseller I should be able to at least make my money back. Not a winner, but worth it.
