Poposoap Anmeldelser

I love all the poposoap fountains I’ve bought. They work well and the birds love them. I will be buying from them in the future for any new projects.

Quick responses from customer service. Good pricing.

I ordered the wrong item for my pond and was waiting on a email. It came and made my return easier than I could have ever dreamed of. So I have to say customer service is some of the best I have ever experienced. Fountain was built well it was just to small for my size pond. Will be looking on site for something larger. Thanks again Poposoapsolar!

Have several water features in my yard and I am also cautious of facbook items for sale. Order the kit with the spillway and pump and could not be happier.
Great product and great company to deal with.
I would and will purchase again from there fine folks

The spillway pumps OK, not as much water as I'd hoped even though the source is good. It would be helpful if the wire to the solar panel was a little longer, and the metal braces meant to prop the panel up are useless, flimsy and bend easily. Still it is adding fresh water to the pond and will be "installed" with rock surrounds once the set up details are resolved.

Good variety of products for different uses, reasonable price, easy to assemble.

Very easy website to navigate. Received products timely and all are sturdy, solid items. I think they will last for a long time. Very responsive to questions and accomidating with correcting issues. Very customer service oriented, would recommend.

I've ordered seven 70 Watt Solar Fountains from Poposoapsolar and all are functioning 100 % as designed to aerate my pond. Good investment compared to very expensive products available.

The pump was easy to install and convenient to place. It operates properly in direct sunlight. Responsive customer service when I had an issue.

I just bought a waterfall kit and fountain kit from poposoapsolar! I had the waterfall up and running in about 10 minutes. It was so easy to install. The quality of pumps and waterfall are great.

They have really good pond items like filters and their communication is very good they will take care of any ossue you have with excellent customer service. I really recommend their items as its very well made for ponds and have sustainable solar options

the fountain kit i purchased works great. i'm retired and spend the greater part of each day in the backyard. can't get enough of that sound of burbling like a continuous babbling brook. easy to install, and great costumer service. when i realized i needed an extension cord for better sun exposure. i contacted via email to be sure of purchasing the correct one. they returned email with the link i needed the next day. quick delivery too.

From order date to delivery took more time than needed. My product doesn't appear to be charging the battery it has. As soon as the sun is no longer on it it slows way down to a stop.

I highly recommend this company for your solar needs. They were quick on delivery and responded quickly to my inquiry. Customer Service exceeded my expectation! I will for sure order from them again!

The Poposoap 12W solar pump w/battery is working great as a flagstone bubbler for birds in my stock tank pond. The first one I ordered arrived inoperable. After contacting the company, they explained that the wiring in the solar panel sometimes gets damaged in shipping. They sent a new complete pump and panel system. We charged it for a day, plugged it in, and it functions exactly as expected. It has been running for a few weeks and never quits, even at night. We are very pleased with the purchase.

Easy to install, I assembled it quickly

The product as described. I need more sun. I live in Michigan, also was wondering if it would effect the fountain if I added more cable to increase exposures to the sun?

Good customer service
Was not shipped what I thought I had ordered and contacted them. They quickly rectified the problem to my complete satisfaction.

I recently purchased a 70W solar waterfall and am extremely pleased. The water flow was a lot stronger than I expected, even when it was cloudy. I added some rocks to break up the sheet of water that comes down the 12-inch spillway, and that adds a much stronger and pleasant waterfall sound.
