The fountain works great, the instructions were a little hard to get through to figure out which nozzle we needed for it not to spray tall but our ducks love it!

We love our filter fountain. It brings a relaxing and soothing touch to our porch.

Thank you ♡

I have purchased two solar water pumps from this company, one came with wrong accessaries, so waited two weeks for correct parts. Collectively both pumps operated correctly for maybe 14 days. Both pumps worked fine but for no reason just stopped. I informed the company of my problem and was informed to send a video of the pumps sitting in my fountain, both not working. Not sure what they would do with the video, probably scratch their heads in amazement that someone (me) would actually take time to video two non-functioning water pumps. I realize they will not provide a refund, and the last thing I need is two more pieces of junk. I should have known better purchasing a product named after the shit my dog deposits on my lawn.

The fountain works just as advertised. The ordering process was easy and the fountain was packed very well and shipped quickly. The instructions were clear and very easy to assemble. The color light strip is a great adder to the fountain and works very well.

On time. - well made product. Holds the weight as promised.

When I had an issue with a pump, the company was very responsive to my issue. Will purchase from this company in the future.

The product is well made and will hold up nicely outdoors.

Excellent after-sales service. My pond light was chewed up by a small animal, and they replaced it for me.

They were very responsive with their customer service and replaced a broken item. I’d purchase from them again.

My unit arrived bent from FedEx in a badly damaged box. I sent a couple pictures of it all in and they immediately sent out a complete replacement that arrived within 5 days. Terrific response to the damaged goods.

Shipping was fast, I’ve always had good customer service, and it’s been my choice for my new yards water features. I previously got a solar fountain for my birdbath, and now I added the preformed pond bundle to my backyard and am very happy with them

Incredibly straight forward user-friendly setup. Had the pond fountain ready in minutes.

Impressed how fast delivery was. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to return my fountain. Emailed with order number and received a response the very next day stated I would receive a full refund. Customer service is impeccable. Thank you!

The solar foundation is lovely- no power cord running to the house. All the nozzle options included in the kit give variety to the style. The motor is very quiet. You can use the included float ring to make sure the water is pulled from the top, not the sediment. This also makes sure the height of the spray is consistent from the top of the water. What we like most that other companies didn’t have was battery back-up for when clouds come past.

Great product! Gives nice, steady flow of water. Only sound you hear is the water so it's very relaxing & the birds seem to enjoy it as well.

Poposoap products are very durable and work great! The filters are amazing and we love our L.E.D water fall kit. Customer service is also easy to reach and they picked up the phone call when I needed to speak with them. Everything was answered and responding emails were quick as well. I will continue to use poposoap for my pond and outdoor accessories :)

We love the Poposoapsolar company--their selection is huge and real people respond to your questions right away. Plus the online display is full of visual creative installations with all the product details. We found the perfect pump—a waterfall kit with 12” spillway & filter and LED lighting. Delivery was very timely.

We were looking for a solution to our troubled pond. Unfortunately the troubles were larger than just a pump, filter and aeration. Our landscaper is currently making plans to fill in the concrete-base homemade-pond that we found when we moved in. However, this beautiful waterfall kit will be now be a gift to a talented friend for their multiple-acred landscaping. POPOSOAPSOLAR is the real deal!

Fast shipping and great customer service when I needed a couple questions answered. Solar fountain worked as expected and was a perfect addition to our outdoor space.

I ordered a kit and it was shipped and arrived very quickly! When I received the product, a part was missing and when I contacted the support team they were very quick to respond and professional. They shipped me a replacement part free of charge and were great to work with! Installation was simple and intuitive and brings a beautiful element to my garden. I would definitely recommend this product and business.

The product was perfect. The 8W solar-powered pump was easy to assemble and worked instantly. It made the most perfect little water feature for our porch.

I immediately ordered another after I saw how great it worked!
