Poposoap Anmeldelser

Pump is very quiet and powerful, just too big for my 30 gallon aquarium.

I contacted their Customer Service about a problem with one of their units and they responded immediately and then followed up with a replacement unit for me.

The customer service is UNBELIEVABLE and FAST. They exceeded my expectations. My light on my pump wasn't working, I reached out and within a couple of days BAM my new light was here. I'm very happy. Thanks again!

Hi- I ordered a solar waterfall pump kit, it came very quickly and I ended having to return it because the place where my pond it doesn’t get enough sunlight. They say they will give me a full refund, and I plan on getting a different one that plugs in to an extension chord. I can’t wait for the new one to arrive!

The Post office would not deliver to the address or PO box. Poposoap was extremely helpful in redirectiing the package. The pump works great!

I had a part missing part and contacted poposoapsolar and the customer services were really quick and helpful and sent me a part free of charge.

The sheer adaptable attachments enable me to get a 20yr old fountain back to its glory.

I received the exact pump and waterfall unit that I ordered. It arrived in the time frame that they promised and was packaged well and all parts were included.
However, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size for the waterfall. It was too large for our small pond. I immediately contacted Poposoap and told them of my mistake. They have offered a full refund. Working with their customer service was one of the easiest experiences I've had with any company. I would highly recommend them.

I received the product and found a part was missing, but their customer service team responded quickly and assisted me with a solution for the pump.

When I received the box, I could immediately tell the product had been previously used. There were scuff marks and dirt on the product, the filter rocks had already been installed and had dirt and other residue on them. I have not yet tried to install the product but am very disappointed that this company pulled this on me.

Solar panel is quite robust indirect sunlight. Works ok with light clouds

My product came damaged, but they immediately sent out a new product once I told them. I was very happy with my order and their prompt attention to my problem.

POPOSOAP delivered our water feature pump very quickly. It was simple and easy to install. A great product, would definitely recommend.

I love my pump. The Solar battery works all through the night too. Absolutely soothing and beautiful. I'm buying another one for the fountain in my back yard.

Very complete kit and fun product. Lots of set up options. Shipping was fast but tracking was confusing.

The installation process is simple and this fountain is a great addition to my pond. I had a question about adjusting flow and customer service was very prompt and helpful. Will purchase from this company again.

The solar pond filter works great as an addition to my 110g turtle pond. My turtle loves to sit under the fountain, splashing his shell.

The product came as advertised. It was easy to set up.

We love it! Feed our koi every day and watch the fountain. Works great if the sun is shining and oh so pretty and the fish love it!

The product works great. Nice and quiet and no electricity. I love it. The website was easy to navigate.
