From inquiring about the machines to delivery to set up! Chris & Kevin were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I ended up with the EOM and the machine is a workhorse. Thinking of getting another one from Poolin soon. Great products and exceptional customer service!

I ordered the EOX on Monday, June 8, 2026 and it arrived on Friday, June 12, 2026. It went really fast. The delivery was amazing. Day and Ross was awesome with the delivery. Very helpful. They put the box where I wanted it and were super friendly.
I was very impressed with the packaging of the machine. This is my second multi-needle machine and there was a difference in packaging the machine. The only thing that was missing was the user manual. I ended up receiving one from my sales rep but other than that I have been impressed. The after sales service has been excellent! Kevin has been great. Unlike my other machine sales support.
I have used the machine twice and so far I really like it. It’s much quieter than my first machine, the setup of the machine is also much better. The only thing I wish is that the speed would be 1200spm.
I am looking forward to learning institch cloud and the rest of the machine. Hoping that this machine will outgrow my business.
Thank you Poolin for the great experience so far and looking forward to working with you in the days ahead.

I absolutely love my Poolin EOM 15-Needle Embroidery Machine! As a small business owner of BozzLadi Creations, this machine has been a game changer for my embroidery business.
From the moment I received it, I was impressed with the build quality, large embroidery area, and user-friendly interface. The machine runs smoothly, stitches beautifully, and handles everything from hats and jackets to towels, polos, patches, and custom apparel with ease.
One of my favorite features is the 15-needle system, which allows me to load multiple thread colors and complete designs without constant thread changes. This has saved me countless hours and increased my production efficiency tremendously.
The stitch quality is outstanding. My satin stitches are clean, lettering is crisp, and even detailed designs sew out beautifully when properly digitized. The machine handles a variety of materials well, including cotton, denim, terry cloth, and performance fabrics.
Another thing I appreciate is the excellent customer support and active user community. Whenever I’ve had questions, there have been resources and fellow users willing to help.
Since purchasing my Poolin EOM, I’ve completed numerous customer orders and expanded the embroidery side of my business with confidence. It has allowed me to offer professional-quality embroidery while increasing productivity and profitability.
If you’re looking for a commercial-style embroidery machine at an affordable price point, I highly recommend the Poolin EOM. It has exceeded my expectations and continues to be one of the best investments I’ve made for my business.
