I love the EOCO 5 it’s been a great machine can’t wait to upgrade!

I was having issues with one of my needles not moving up and down like it should have. I reached out to my tech team and Kai was extremely helpful.

Leo Wang helped me fix a misaligned automatic threader on my embroidery machine and was very responsive and helpful! Excellent customer support!

Customer support is super helpful. You just need to understand the time difference in when support is available. Every questions has been met with an appropriate answer and I have been helped every step of the way. My projects have came out great!

I am new to embroidery and I start off with an EOX. Great sales support by Nancy Wen, great support from the started of my online chat and end of sales all the way. There was a mistake during the purchase on the product description on the site. Poolin tried their best to compensate me with all they could do. Everyone make mistake, the fact is how someone willing to face it and correct. Poolin did it and such a responsible company. Shipment wae fast, within 7 days, I received my machine. During the troubleshooting, thank you Kai Tang for the continues support. I left any questions in the chat and he will get back to me the same day or the next day. Getting a machine from Poolin really give me the peace of mind because of their continues support. Thank you Poolin team.

I love my new machine. It is a poolin EOC07 and it is very nice and very easy to understand and work with the machine and if I ever have a problem the team responds very quickly.

I am very pleased with my EOC06 embroidery machine that I purchased directly from the online Poolin store. It was easy to set up and the only issues I have had were things that I was doing wrong. The support team has been very quick to respond. They were able to tell me what I was doing wrong and get me going again in just a few minutes.

Kai Tang is an excellent technical support specialist! He helped me through maintenance when my machine had problems after shipment. It saved me a lot of hassle instead of having to send it back for a replacement.

I bought poolin Eoc07 very nice machine i worked with it and it is easy to use

I was very upset that every stitch-out was awful, no matter how many tension adjustments. I reached out on the Poolin Support Group on Facebook to see what the factory tension was. Kai Tang asked me to message him, and I did. He took me step by step to adjust the tension. Needless to say, the tension was not the issue, but the timing. He was very patient with me, and I felt comfortable with his suggestions. He sent me a short video on how to adjust the timing, and it was successful. I received my Poolin EOC06 in December 2025. After adjusting the timing, it was the best stitch-out I ever had. I am very pleased with the customer service, help, and guidance I received. Give Kai Tang a raise. 🥰

I’ve used embroidery machines for over twenty years. I was extremely excited about Poolin’s price point for large area machines. I bought the EOCO7. I am very happy with it. It functions beautifully. Support is always ready to help.

That support did not end, as with many companies, with the purchase of single needle Poolin EOC06, but it has been going on since Nov 2025. Excellent machine,fair price, above excellent sales and technical support, very responsive, knowledgable, patient and aiming to resolve any potential issues. Very impressed. I wish I could upgrade to the flagship EOX machine in their line up :)

I just purchased a Poolin EOX after owning an EOC06 for a year. It has been fun learning how to use my new machine and look forward to all the personalized items I’ll be able to make.
