I am so happy with my Poolin EOCO5. I am a beginner and was able to embroider immediately. I recently had tech issues when upgrading my system. I reached out to tech support through their Facebook group, and Kai Tang patiently guided me through every step. The machine is easy to use and Kai's tech support is top tier! Kai wanted to make certain I was happy and back to embroidering. I am thrilled with this attention to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

I gave my eoc07 a five because I really do love my machine. It's a learning curve that comes along with the machine but the after-sales support team is great and I feel like that went above what is expected of them. I truly love the machine and the stitch out is great when I worked out some of the kinks. I've got to learn to hoop my garments better.

I recently purchased an EOC07. I was getting to know the machine and had an issue with one of the hoops attaching to the machines embroidery arm. I reached out to the after purchase service group and Kai responded immediately and filled out the necessary form. I am very pleased with the Poolinstore and the after purchase support service.

Bought the poolin eom directly from the poolin store, was contacted and told them what day was best for us for delivery! The packaging was secure and thoroughly protected! If you are struggling with the set up of your poolin machine the customer service is great and very easy to get hold of a knowledgable after sales representative that will help you with any question you have! 5star review for a 5 star product

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with the Poolin EOM and the Poolin support team! As someone new to using a 15-needle embroidery machine, I had plenty of questions, and their customer service has been exceptional. Every person I’ve worked with has been patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping me learn and succeed.

The Poolin EOM has been a fantastic investment. The stitch quality is excellent, the machine runs smoothly, and once you get familiar with it, it makes embroidery so much faster and more enjoyable. I first bought a Poolin EOC06 and decided pretty quickly that I wanted a bigger machine. They refunded me for the EOC06 and I traded it for an EOM. I have been extremely happy with my purchase. I have had minimal problems. Mostly operator error as I am learning the machine still. Their customer service is amazing and they are always very helpful in solving my problem. I have made some beautiful things and have enjoyed this machine very much. I would totally recommend.

Look I have to tell you about my purchase of a new embroidery machine. First off it's a Poolin EMO 15 needle. It was the best decision I made. I have had and still receive the best support a person who knew nothing about embroidering. Kai Tang is the best support system I have had since I got my machine. I was up and running in no time at all. The price was not at all bad and it was worth ever cent. Kai actually checks on me to ensure I'm still learning or making things and I have. Look take it from me, buy a Poolin or BAI. You will have a strong support system.

I bought the poolin EOX model after having the EOC 06 for a year..I wanted to see if I really truly loved embroidery before getting the multi needle machine..I must say after only having it a week.. I love everything about it..I learn something different about it every day and like it much more than the 06. This is my first multi needle machine so I was intimidated at first but the customer service reps help you and will talk to you through every step! I love my poolin EOX!!

I purchased the ECO06 a little over 2 years ago to use as my secondary machine. After only a few stitchouts, I realized this machine is a work horse! It is no longer my secondary, but my primary machine. The Youtube video for maintenance is fantastic, as is the tech support, when needed. You can't go wrong with a Poolin!

I have a Poolin EOC06 and loved it as soon as I got it! I recently upgraded to the EOM multi needle machine and it’s amazing! Customer service is amazing as well!

I love the machine it's beautiful I just wish they were more hoops that you can buy for it so you can prepare more than one tray at a time and they don't be so expensive to get other than that trying to get parts for it seems pretty easy putting it together oiling it seems easy thank you poolin

When I first received my EOC 07, the medium hoop (7.9x7.9) didn't fit. I contact support and with in a week I received the replacement from Poolin.

I have had the ECO03 for a little over two weeks and I ABSOLUTELY love it! I am able to sew, quilt and embroider all on the same machine. It was easy peasy to learn and the customer support team is top notch. They actually reached out to me before even needing them. The Facebook group is a bonus too! I love being part of the poolin family and know that I will work my way up to the multi needle. If you’ve been looking at machines.. you can’t go wrong with a poolin!

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. I was able to ask questions before purchase and Chris answered all of them and helped me find the right machine for me. It didn't end there as Chris and Leo have helped me learn how to setup and use my machine daily since I got it Monday. It does an amazing job and with their guidance setting up and using the product has been a great experience. The embroidery machine I purchased has exceeded my expectations along with all the included accessories is such an amazing deal. I have other embroidery machines from other companies, but never this great of service.

I purchased an eoc05 a few months ago and have been loving it! I had my first issue that I couldn't resolve on my own and had to contact tech support. They were wonderful and walked me through fixing it. When it's time to upgrade, I will be sticking with poolin, they have made me a customer for life!
