High quality product, good communication and faster shipping than i expected. Quick and easy, Highly recommended!

I ordered a Galarian Moltres statue at Pokegalerie Oct of last year (2022). We are now entering October of 2023, and I still have no word on when this product will ship. Every time I contact them they say the manufacturer hasn’t given them the item. It was supposed to ship quarter 4 2022- quarter 1 of 2023. They refuse to give a refund and I am just out of money, almost $150 including shipping and taxes. It has been a horrible experience.

the items ive gotten are nice but ive been waiting over 6 months for some items an still no update

All of the figures are very high quality, sadly the Dragonite figurine that I got was damaged in shipping with a broken wing and I'm still waiting on if I can get a refund.

I already ordered several times at Pokegalerie and it was a pleasant experience each time. And let's be honest: buying online is not always safe, nor is it always easy and, sadly, sometimes it goes wrong... In my experience: no such worries with Pokegalerie. Their customer service is excellent! They are available and I always had a quick response to questions I had. Of course the delivery and the time between a preorder and the release is sometimes long, but: firstly all that is clearly indicated on the website and secondly they do their utmost best for everything to go well. The quality of the figures is impeccable and parcels are always carefully packaged. Absolutely trustworthy!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The product came in nothing like the promotion images. The eyes were placed in the wrong place and ash looks like a frog. Waited 8 months long for a defected item.

Updated: note that this is not personal preferences as the reply seems to suggest , but rather there was clear indication that the paint was not applied on the 3D printed shape of the eye brows of the character, the paint of the eyes wasn’t applied in the intended location causing the eyes to look far apart

I do like the level of detail and the similitude with the original characters.
What i don´t like is the quality of the plastic material used for small pieces, it's to fragile. My dragonite arrived with a broken wing. It looks to happened when it was packaged.

Pokegalerie delivers the most high-quality figures I've seen, and they're customer service is possibly the best I've experienced. Any issues or questions I've had we're addressed quickly and the team there went above and beyond to resolve a shipping error.

Great quality in Flareon’s fur and paint job, fast shipping, well packaged.

I was surprised of the pure quality in the figures. They are amazingly painted and made. They are much bigger and weight really nicely, much more than I would have expected. The packaging was nice as well, they are well protected and stuffed so nothing could damage the product. The only con is that it takes a while, but I guess it is worth it for this SUPERB product.

Absolutely beautiful figures you would not find elsewhere. Puts the pokemon merch team to shame AND supports local artists.

Crappy company...all they do is take forever with everything. I tried to order an in-stock item and they stilled hadn't shipped it after 3 weeks, appr. 11 business days. I emailed multiple times asking what was going on and they only replied once close to the end saying sorry not our fault but part of our chain is taking longer than expected. Which would be fine but they never reply to emails, EVER. I can not over estimate how many emails they never replied to. Including once they finally told me there would be a delay, I asked how much longer and they never said. So I finally asked them to cancel if they were going to continue to communicate poorly. Literally replied and canceled it within an hour, ON A SUNDAY. They only time I heard quickly from them was to cancel my order. My refund took awhile too, which I don't know much about but I tried asking them where that was and they never replied. The last I ever heard from them was when they canceled my order.
