Very reliable place to get your resin figures. Never had a problem with them. The packaging is superb and the customer service is extremely helpful with any questions you shoot at them. Definitely my go to place for all things pokemon!

The 'ONLY' downside... I was given absolutely 'NO' notification that my package was on the way... UNTIL it actually ARRIVED!

Awesome figure, shipped and packaged well. Unfortunately tail was broken upon receiving it. I questioned about a partial refund, but never got a response.

My partner loves this pokemon so much! I wanted to give him this lil' guy for Valentines but knew it would take its time. Now it'll be his Chrismas Present and I could not be more exited! Thank you for the quality! Worth the wait!

Only 1/5 times do my emails get a response...and I give them at least 10 days to reply. In other words communication is really bad, I haven't had a serious issue yet, but the day I do I feel like I'm going to be completely ignored...To get a good experience buying here you need to get lucky enough that you will never need to contact them. Right now I am begging them to give me my tracking number and no one is answering.

As a preorder purchase I had been incredibly concerned at the start, wondering if it was legit due to waiting for a little over a year, but soon enough the product was released and it was indeed legit!
Also BIGGEST POINT: the support team is REALLY FAST, SUPPORTIVE, and RELIABLE! I had ran into a problem when I got an email about 'remaining balance' (because at the time of purchase a year+ ago I had paid in full including shipping). So I paid for that 'balance' unsure if I was actually supposed to, and due to my concerns, 1 email to the support team asking if I was supposed to pay that balance and I received a reply with a simple "No you weren't supposed to since you already paid in full, we'll quickly give you that refund, and we apologize for the confusion". Saved me from paying double for a figure I'd have only gotten once. So never be afraid to contact support if you have questions or concerns! The team is super friendly and there to help! ^_^

A fantastic experience! The buying process was simple, the communication was quick, and the products were beyond compare! Shipping takes a while and doesn't update much, but don't let that worry you. It will arrive and it will be fantastic

I've purchased from PokeGalerie twice now, both as pre-order deposits several months in advance of the estimated release date. The first figure released a couple months early, while the second figure came out right on time. In both cases, PokeGalerie promptly sent me an email informing me the items were ready to go and that it was time to pay the remaining balance. Each item took about 2 weeks from paying the final invoice before being shipped. PokeGalerie sent shipment notifications with tracking numbers - for one item, what I paid for shipping ended up being more than it actually cost to ship, so they gave me store credit for the difference. Both items arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. The second figure was admittedly difficult for me to assemble (lots of flame pieces that I couldn't figure out where to put lol), but both figures look fantastic!

Communication is excellent. I've sent multiple inquiries about various topics, and PokeGalerie always replied within a day or so. Really felt reassuring to get such fast and detailed answers to all my questions.

After sending the package was canceled without any explanation and I didn’t receive it and didn’t get any refund.

I had accidentally made a purchase on rayquaza statue for the wrong version and before I could figure out the correct one it was sold out and no one absolutely no one has responded to my email about it . Also I received my chibi statues of lugia and ho-oh stating that the ho-oh came in with a broken crest and no one responded to that email either . I’m still going to be a customer because I like the site and it’s amazing collection of Pokemon statues . But responding to emails and addressing the issues would be more appreciated in a timely manner . And not simply ignored

It was my second purchase on Pokegalerie, this time it was a smaller figure and a preorder. Even though it took around a full year for the figure to be produced and delivered, it went perfectly. The customer service was reactive and once the figure was made the shipping went quite fast also, the product was in perfect condition.
