Pokegalerie has overall the best prices I've found. Also, whatever I ordered came rather quickly (about three weeks) and in perfect condition!
I'm very satisfied with the professional service they gave me. They are very responsive and always ready to help via Facebook messenger or email.
They even saved certain products I asked for, so I could buy them when it suited me. Excellent service.

I only hope that they will let you know in the future, how long a preorder is open for or how many units are available to purchases, because when you want to plan ahead what products you buy from them, it's a critical information.

Artikel war Inordnung aber der Versand viel zu teuer. 80 Euro bei einem 130 Euro Artikel ist übertrieben.

Order took over a month to arrive and received a message a week after ordering asking for more money, stating they wouldn’t ship until additional funds were received.

*Update to company response for transparency. They sent this email with regards to my chosen shipping method -
“While ePacket is our most economical option, we currently do not recommend using it for shipments to the United States due to recent tariff changes. Packages sent via ePacket (handled by China Post) are at a higher risk of being inspected by U.S. customs and may incur additional duties. To avoid such issues, we’ve requested a quote from our logistics team for Duty-Free Express Shipping, which includes all customs fees in the shipping cost.“

Absolutely fantastic quality figurine. Just as displayed on the website. Figurine came well packaged and was easy to put together. Would highly recommend.

Alles in allem bin ich zufrieden. Die Figur kam unbeschadet an, sieht gut aus. Auch der Kontakt mit Poke Galerie war okay.

Was mir aber nicht gefallen hat:
Beim kauf wurden mir 40 Euro Versand berechnet, finde ich schon etwas viel aber okay das passt noch. Als die Figur dann in den Versand ging, musste ich wieder 40 Euro Versand zahlen und das finde ich nicht okay. Für eine 130 Euro Statue 80 Euro Versand ist definitiv zuviel und dafür gibt es 2 Sterne abzug!

The figures are awesome but it would be nice to have some proper etas on when they'll be ready because almost 2 years without any updates can get worrying.

Sometimes my figures come broken though I’ve always enjoyed purchasing from pokegalire. There’s always here to help especially for out of stock items. I’ve always received every item I purchased and highly recommend this website

The item’s estimated release date was listed as 2023 Q1-Q2, I did not receive it until Feb 2025, which is totally unacceptable. To be quite honest, I had almost forgotten that I’ve ordered this item by the time I had received it. Furthermore, the quality of the item was not worth the 95 Euro I had paid for. Pikachu’s tail broke off as I attempted to attach it to the body (and I was consciously trying to be careful and handled it with as much care as I possibly could).
This is a total disappointment and I will never purchase from this company again.

After receiving the reply from poke gallerie, I just have to say it did not make me feel any better about this purchasing experience.

First of all, I understand delays in production, but a two-year delay? I find that quite ridiculous, especially when I had not received one single update during the entirety of the two year wait. Like I said, I have already forgotten that I had bought this thing by the time I got a notification that it has shipped.

Second, I do take partial responsibility for the breakage during the installation process, which is why I didn’t ask for a refund. However, I just wanted to give my honest opinion about the figure in my review - that it was extremely fragile - and despite being very careful with it, Pikachu’s tail broke when I attempted to attach it to its body. And therefore, I’d have to say, this figure was not worth the high price tag. After reading the reply from the company, I’m even more sure that I won’t be a return customer.

Good product but parts didn't all fit perfect

J'avais commandé une figurine en précommande en janvier 2023, dont la sortie était prévue en fin de cette même année. On arrive en 2024, toujours rien. J'envoie un mail, leur réponse : "The figure has experienced some delays as it is in production."

Donc, le fournisseur a des problèmes. Ok, admettons. Le temps passe, au passage le paiement complémentaire de la précommande (pour un total de 110 euros).

On arrive donc au 28/02/2025, soit UN AN plus tard. Je reçois un colis de piètre qualité, avec à l'intérieur des "morceaux" de figurine et sans boîte. Je dois la monter moi-même, aucun problème, c'est courant. SAUF QUE rien ne s'emboîte, la peinture manque à quelques endroits, donc IMPOSSIBLE à monter.

J'envoie un mail pour demander un remboursement, non seulement parce que le produit est défectueux (non montable) mais aussi pour le retard (presque DEUX ANS quand même !). Leur réponse : "Il n'y a aucun problème, vous devez monter votre figurine avec de la superglue."

MAIS LES EMBOUTS NE RENTRENT MÊME PAS ! Qu'est-ce que vous ne comprenez pas ?! Je vais pas gratter avec un scalpel ! En cas d'incident, ils seraient capables de dire : "Ah bah vous l'avez cassée vous-même, on ne rembourse pas."

Des escrocs ! 120 euros de perdus ! ZERO Etoile !

Conseil : n'achetez pas chez eux. Ces vendeurs n'assument rien, se cachent derrière des clauses abusives, vendent de la M...., et en plus pas dans les délais !

Edit et MaJ : apparament ils persistent, car je constate qu'ils ont tout simplement banni mon compte sur leur site (je clique sur le lien ça retombe sur google). Donc de vrais arnaqueurs jusqu'au bout.

Edit 2 : et en plus, disent juste merci pour l'avis sans chercher à repondre de leurs actes, bannissent leurs clients arnaqués, et en plus, c'est drole, depuis ce litige, je reçois encore plus de spam dans mes indesirables, donc ils ont "vendu" mon mail à des diffuseurs/arnaqueurs.

Strengths : The products are great, awesome quality.

Weaknesses : Very little communication. Since it takes months from the time one preorders a product and said product is shipped, it would be nice to have some updates at key moments; when they're being made, deburred, painted, conditioned...

Figurine magnifique mais payement abusif du port et des frais de taxes lors de la précommande, un payement une première fois pour réserver la preco, un second pour finaliser la commande, et des frais de taxes a chaque fois.. j'avais commandé 2 figurine la seconde n'est pas encore disponible, je m'attends a payé le port et la taxe pour la 3 ème fois sur le site.

Répondre au message étant impossible, voici la suite : la valeur de la figure totale est donnée, ce qui n'est pas dit c'est que l'ont paye 40€ par étape de la commande et par figurine, payé 120€ au total d'envoi (port + douane) , pour au final payé a nouveau la taxe au moment de la réception du colis ... Personnellement c'est un problème, une note total de 235€ environ pour seulement 2 figurine d'une valeur de 115€ , c'est totalement abusif.

I am super happy with how my little statue turned out when it arrived! It looks just like it does in the pictures on the website. It also arrived much sooner than I would have expected, and I was kept up to date with every step of the process, so I was never really in doubt that my product wouldn't arrive.

The pre-order product was not delivered on time. And even after receiving a response saying that the problem would be resolved, I had to wait for a very long time. It was confirmed that the shipment was repeatedly returned by customs, and there was no apology from the manufacturer. I ended up getting tired of the long wait and was contemplating purchasing from this site.

I bought many times on this online shop to grow up my Pokemon Scale World Collection, and all my pre-order was achieved without problems. Delivery, shipping times and quality was on point !!
I would definitely order some figures again !!

They were promt at getting back to me on the status of my order.
