PokéGalerie took on an order that a now-defunct shipper reneged on. It was punctual with communications, followed up periodically on shipment progress via email and Facebook Messenger, and the figure I ordered arrived intact. If you want a trusted site to order Pokémon collector’s items through, check Galerie’s site first!

I've purchased here three times so far. Very wide collection available, all products are high quality and arrived in perfect status. Delievery is a bit expensive and takes approximately one month for Europe, but that's understandable.

I'm always very happy with this company. Seriously, they're the best. I always seem to find what I want here, they have great selection. I find it very easy to buy and get receipts. I've also always been impressed by customer service. I'm not sure if it's always the same person, but they seem to genuinely want to make things the best they can. I know I sound like AI or something, but I just really do love this company, I've purchased from them many times

I am a familiar customer with scaleworld preorders but had to switch to this company when a different one went down. I tried out pokegalerie because a lot of people recommended them.

I preordered my first order and then waited for final balance and shipping fees. When I went to checkout, it told me it was unavailable to ship to my address. I reached out to support, and was finally able to get the address to work. I paid the shipping fees and final balance and then waited. 2 weeks later, I got an email saying that I owed more in shipping fees. I reached out to the company and asked them why I owed more money and why it took 2 weeks to add onto my total. The email was unprofessional, stating they weren’t in charge of how long it took and that it was the factory that took 2 weeks to calculate shipping, and not pokegalerie. So I paid the extra shipping fee and waited another 2 weeks before hearing nothing about my order. I reached out again about the status of my order, and they never emailed me back.

Poor customer service. Shipping fees should be finalized and not added on later.

Have several figures I ordered from them and I ordered a second of a figure I already had one of from them because the first looked excellent, but the second one arrived with legs that didn't fit. Pokegalerie got some new legs from the manufacturer, but not all of those worked either. I went back thru emails to see if that was my fault for asking for the wrong ones or something, but it was not. Item stands without the base but will not fit in the base without the proper legs. Sent several emails asking if anything can be done, but pokegalerie never responded (been about 6 weeks now). Even if the answer is "NO", or "we are waiting on a response back from the manufacturer", a response would've been appreciated. Originally, I would've highly recommended them, but after this I do not have confidence that any issues with orders would be resolved. Not recommended.

The figure was absolutely beautiful; it was slightly on the later side for the estimate preorder, but there’s been a lot of complicating factors so that is completely understandable. The only issue was one element fell off the figure, probably during shipping. A small bottle of milk on the base was rolling around in the box when it got here. I was able to fix it with a bit of glue, but that could be a bigger issue for others looking to buy. I love Appletun though, and he was perfect.

Really disappointed - my order arrived today (it cost £70 in total for three small figures, including extra shipping fees that were later invoiced for) and one of the figures arrived with its ear completely snapped off. I took a photo and sent it to them immediately, and received a prompt reply to say that they couldn't provide a replacement (fair enough) but could give a €6 store credit. €6 wouldn't even cover postage. I also don't appreciate the implication that I broke it myself by saying that future unboxings should be videoed - I really wanted the figures so why would I have broken it. Such a shame as I've waited a long time for these and I'd be too worried about future purchases also arriving damaged to place another order. Disappointing all round as I would have more than likely spent a lot of money with this company, but if they can't guarantee that they'll arrive in one piece it's a hard pass in future. (Edit 19th June - Their response here regarding a 'refund' amount is incorrect as no amount of refund was offered, just a tiny amount of store credit. In comparison to the small size of the figure it's significant damage).
