I have never had a hose that did not leak until I bought the Pocket Hose ! I bought one and then I bought another for the backyard. No more water leaking getting me soaked.

The hose is light and easy to care for
The hose is light and easy to care for. The only problem is the rubber things at both ends of the hose don't last long and break and now are free-floaters on the hose. It doesn't affect the hose usability, but is frustrating that it doesn't last long.

Purchased 3 hoses
Purchased 3 hoses, had to replace all three within 2 months. I told customer service to just refund me my money, was told they can’t do that! Thank god I purchased the life time coverage, waiting for the 3rd replacement hose to arrive, I’ll just keep on calling every time the hose springs leaks & get a new one, hopefully it will be stronger. Would not recommend this product to anyone’

Failed second hose from Pocket Hose
This is second hose from Pocket Hose. The first one failed and the company replaced it for free. Now the replacement is leaking to the point the hose is useless. Obviously, there is a problem with the materials of manufacture. At this point, based on my experience with the product, my recommendation is buy another brand!

I purchased 3 pocket hoses two have leaks the third is still performing well although I would expect it to fail soon. We live in a mild climate no freezing or extreme heat these hoses have failed to make it thru one season. I have yet to find any of these hoses to last regardless of the manufacturer. Buyers beware save your money and buy a conventional hose the 30 day warranty should have been a red flag

Its original size is about 17 ft, and it should extend when water fills it. Please check your water pressure, ideally between 60-80 psi, as lower pressure might not allow it to expand fully. Also, make sure there are no knots, which could restrict its full extension. We truly appreciate your understanding and are here for you if you need further assistance.

This is a piece of junk. Total waste of my money. That’s what I get for taking the bait off an Infomercial. Have yet to use the hose because it leaks so bad at the fitting. It’s not my spout at all. Every other 5 dollar hose has zero issues. Save your money.

Totally pleased with support response
I bought two of the 50ft hoses. Both snapped at the the hose too sprayer connection. This appears to be an issue with older design hoses. Contracted the support about the issue and both were replaced with the new copperhead with metal connections. No issues getting replacements. New hoses are way better than the last. Will be buying another copperhead in 100 ft model.

Love the hose, hate the connector.
I love the Pocket Hose & the nozzle! My only problem is the connection between the hose & the house spigot. We ( my son tried also) cannot remove the hose from the house!! It’s almost like it’s welded to it!!

I CANNOT recommend the copper Bulletin at all. I purchased 4 hoses and 3 are leaking. 2 with large holes (2 - 100 ft length and 1 - 75’ length. This is the 2nd time I have notified them and I 93heard nothing. I am angry and disappointed.on money spent.

Length when pulled out
Length when pulled out: I bought a 75' hose after measuring the distance of what I needed. I am pretty strong, but can really only pull out the hose to about 60 feet. This isn't long enough and now I will have to buy another 25' hose to attach to the 75' one. Sigh. On the + side, I do like the lighter weight and less of a tripping hazard.

If you're experiencing low water pressure, it could negatively impact the hose's ability to expand to its full length. We generally recommend water pressure between 60 and 80 psi for optimal performance.
