Not quite ready for prime time!
I really liked this hose while it lasted. It was light weight and practically rolled itself up when finished using. But the nozzle just fell off after only about 1 year of use. And the nozzle won’t attach itself even when trying to screw it back on.
Fix that issue and you’ve got a winner.
But for now not recommended!

We had purchased 2 PocketHoses. The first one burst and caused us to have a water bill that tripled. We thought it was a fluke. It was not! The second hose has now burst. We have not received our next water bill. I am very worried!

The hose inside cracked and ripped. So now it is not usable anymore. Will not buy Pocket hose anymore. I paid $60 for the 50' version.

After buying one 75 ft and three 50 ft…
After buying one 75 ft and three 50 ft pocket hoses all have failed in a year or less. I did get a replacement for the 75 ft and it lasted about 10 months this time. Also a replacement for a 50 ft, but 30 days later it has sprung pinhole leaks. The other two were gifts to my son and his wife. He told me they didn't last. Both of those sprung leaks and that was at Christmas time. Those two lasted 6 months.
I'm over it..... Never buying again... Pocket Hose does not deliver as a advertised.

Unfair warranty for the price
I bought this hose only had it for a year and somehow holes got punctured in the fabric part at top part of hose and now it's useless because holes that spits out and the only warranty they have is a 30 day they should have at least if not lifetime a 2 to 3 year warranty for the price of these things which is ridiculous... more detail... this hose git a bunch of large size pinhole at the top part of hose spraying out alot of water. I'm just sorry I didn't chk the reviews before buying cause everyone had the same problem. Wasted 100$ 😡😠.!!!!

Bought a 75 foot copper pocket hose in April 2026. It split open in middle august of the same year. I was told the warranty was only good for thirty days. They also ignored a note I sent on their website. The product is junk and the customer service is even worse. Don't spend your hard earned money on this crap.

This hose is absolute garbage
This hose is absolute garbage. I bought a 50' and a 100'. As soon as you turn it on the 50" goes down to 25' and the 100' goes to about 60". They are fine when they are turned off but turn it on and it shrinks. Be aware of this crap.

100 Foot Hose Shrinks When Water Is Turned On!
The Pocket Hose 2.0 100-foot length fails to maintain its "dynamic operational length" under open-flow conditions. Meaning, that as long as you have 100% water pressure filling the hose, it expands to 100 feet. The packaging states the measured length under "static pressure" when the nozzle used to water is completely shut off. The product instantly shrinks back to its packaged size once the nozzle is opened to use water! Misleading and false advertising. Stay away!

I have had 3 pocket hoses and all 3 have developed leaks after about 60 days. The leaks make the hose inoperable and useless. I would NEVER recommend this product.

Got Hosed by this Company
I received a replacement hose directly from the company for a defective one purchased on Amazon. Just three months later the new hose is springing leaks along seams in outer casing. Customer service says nothing can be done at this point.

Do not buy BIONIC HOSE OR POCKET HOSE
I am sick and tired of these burnt out celebrities promoting this Chinese junk. Their products don't last and forget about them honoring their lifetimes warranties. I will pay a little more for stuff that works and Folks that will honor their warranty. You want more details so here it is. The hose was leaking like a firehose. Purchased a 100 ft hose last summer. It was fine until yesterday when the spraying end broke off completely exposing a little bit of plastic inside. There is no way to repair it and the company says it is out of warranty. If you hear that something is too good to be true, believe it, because it probably is! Don't waste your money.

Piss Poor Pocket Hose and customer service.
I ordered a pocket hose based on all the features and benefits that it offered. I received it and used it for one summer. I was careful to release the pressure when not in use. Not all of the time but a majority of the time. I stored it in my basement over the winter so it wasn't exposed to the elements. The next spring when I hooked it up to use, the first thing that went wrong was that the spray nozzle was leaking real bad. it was leaking out of the seal in the handle not repairable. Then all of sudden it started leaking out of the main body of the hose. the leak continued to spread and it reminded of a soaker hose. I had no choice but to throw it away. To add insult to injury, I contacted pocket hose and gave them my order nos. so they could see that it was less than a year old. they said it was out of the warranty period but would make a one time policy concession and send me a replacement hose. They said that the copper bullet that I bought was out of stock but that they would send me a silver bullet hose instead. That's been over two months ago and I still haven't received it nor will I. A poor product and even worse poor customer service. At least they could have been honest and up front with me. But to lie and not follow through with a replacement hose tells me all I need to know about the character and integrity of this company. Wayne M.

I wanted to update this review of pocket hose. They stated that I didn't provide enough information for them to successfully resolve my complaint. That wasn't true and I forwarded all existing emails to them to providing proof of my claim. Though they never responded via email or by phone, they did send me a new hose as they originally promised to do so. I appreciate their follow up and follow thru in addressing my complaint and keeping their word. Credit due where credit deserved.

Their commercials brag about how durable they are. Obviously, not so much. This is the 3rd one that I've had that leaked. You know what they say about "three strikes and you're out." I won't be getting another.
My 98-year-old mother has had the same problem with hers. This is the 3rd one that she has had that began leaking. I confidently told her that Pocket Hose guarantees their hoses and told her to contact you. I will now tell her not to. That's a total of 3 hoses, all with the same results. I can get her a better, longer, more durable hose elsewhere for a lot less money.
