Very disappointed
After only a few months of use the nozzle was squirting water from the connector end making it totally useless. Had to throw it away. I have the 100 foot hose and after spending all that money, I thought I had a quality product. Had to purchase another nozzle from the hardware store. Very disappointed.

I love the flexibility and ease of storage. I have bought many connections as I have a tight connection with faucet close to ground. Only improvement would be selling the pivoting connector separately to reduce the degree of Jerry rigging necessary in small spaces. Thank you!

Mixed feelings.....
I started with 2 hoses. One is in my backyard and has had a pinhole leak since the beginning. I inquired about it but it has not worsened and since I got no response to my inquiry on how to fix it, I have continued to use. My second hose is in the front yard and it gets more sun exposure it. When I went to use it about 3 weeks ago about a 2 foot section had split. So I thru it away. I have a regular high grade garden hose that I have had for several years - it still works great. I will not be purchasing any pockethoses in the near future.
UPDATE: 4/8/2026 - the second hose in backyard also split and I replaced with a regular store bought hose.

Well, the plastic goodie at the beginning of the hose broke pretty quickly. 2) it got a hole in it, so now water leaks out.

Durable and Light
I bought Copper Bullets for me and for my father. He stopped watering his plants because he didn’t want to deal with his heavy 100 ft. Rubber hose. Pulling it off the reel wasn’t easy for a 91 yr old and winding it back up was a chore he left for me. He loved the Copper Bullet. He said it was light and easy to use. When finished it was easy to drain the hoses and coil into a hose box. One problem we both had with our hoses was the rubber collars at each end of the hose cracked within the first few uses. I contacted Customer Service and the rep. sent us replacement hoses. They definitely stand behind their products.

It does not completely shrink down when the water is turned off as shown in the videos/commercials.
It cannot be left outside per the instructions, which makes it somewhat inconvenient.

Regarding the hose not completely shrinking down, taking the 25 ft model as an example, please note that its original length is approximately 9 ft and it expands to 25 ft when water flows. After turning off the water, it should retract back to around 9 ft. For best results, we suggest leaving the hose open to allow any remaining water to drain, which helps it shrink back fully. Also, avoiding kinks or knots is important as they can prevent proper recoil.
Concerning the instruction not to leave the hose outside, we understand it may cause some inconvenience, but this is recommended to prolong the hose's lifespan. We appreciate your understanding.

We love our new pockethoses
We love our new pockethoses. They are so much lighter and make it much easier to maneuver through our landscape. My wife is able to water by herself instead of having me help drag the hose for her. Our landscaping wraps around our home and I water the front while she does the back. We enjoy working with our flowers and plants and these new hoses make the task easier as we have aged. I give this product TWO thumbs up 👍👍!

This hose sucks! They brag about the hose large diameter when in fact it's restricted with fittings that are best about only 1/4 inch in diameter. a real scam.

The hose itself is okay
The hose itself is nice. But the nozzle leaks so I have to angle it so water doesn’t run down my arm. The nozzle also doesn’t spray consistently. Otherwise, it’s okay. I like the way the hose is easy to store.

The rubber piece around the end of the hole broke, then the hose developed a pin hole in it and leaked.

The hose started leaking and has been replaced.
The hose started leaking within the first month and the cover at the connector started tearing. The idea of packing it up and sending it back to be evaluated for either a replacement or refund is ridiculous. I gave the hose as a gift to my 90 year old mother. I sent an email and never got a response.
The customer service did respond and apologized for not responding and immediately replaced the hose. They did not have a 50' in-stock and gave us a 75'. They made it very easy and with 4 others, will definitely make us look at them again when we need more.
