Not worth the time & money
It has been exactly 12 weeks and still have not received my 3 Edda beds. I spent $6,000 dollars on 3 beds that said would take 6-8 weeks and I was on a time crunch but chose to take the risk. My business is now losing money because my lash/ PMU Suites don’t have beds in them yet to use. I suggest to the consumer to buy from a reputable manufacturer/ trading company on Alibaba out of China and get the same style bed for roughly $200-$300/ piece plus shipping and will still take 6-8 weeks but at least you’re saving thousands of dollars. They are importing them here anyway and make you fill out the customs forms. Might as well cut out this middle man making $$$ on the markup. Note for the company; the price point would be worth it if the product/ shipping would be received in an appropriate amount of time. Should probably start having items in stock and sell those making it more exclusive but accessible. It is sad to pay all of that money and not even get excited when they come in because it’s been so long and you just have to take the loss that you made a poor business decision.

I am sorry that your experience with us was less than ideal. We do take timeframes of production seriously and upon further inspection of your order we can see that there was a 2 week delay due to a delay with our fabric mill. We take timelines very seriously, and I can assure you this is not our norm. I will be contacting you regarding a credit for the fact it was delayed, as we missed the mark.
All Plush + Oak beds are manufactured in-house in Canada by our upholstery team at our Headquarters using AAA+ Grade North American materials. We apologize if there was confusion about our customs form. That form is for the Canada/US border as we produce our beds in Canada and send them to the USA predominately. That form allows Plush + Oak to handle all import fees for our customers so the delivery is smooth and there are no additional fees for our customers.
We hope you're thrilled with your beds, and we apologize about the delay with your order. This is not the norm for us, as we have a 95% on time rate. We are working towards our goal of having beds in stock someday as we would LOVE same week shipping for our customers and we appreciate your feedback and business.

It really does not meet quality standards, it is a product that costs money and when I filed my claim I did not have it. no result to return the article .... I was not satisfied! I hope this helps other buyers

I pulled up your file with us and see that you have placed multiple orders with us over the last few years but you did not like the design of the bed cover for your Edda bed. The best decision ever!!
Order one of the very first beds and couldn’t wait to try it out. Was a little sad at the packaging and state of the bed when it arrived but the customer service was great offered me a discount and was very helpful. I have had so many clients tell me how amazing the bed is, and not only has it been awesome for them my body has loved it too. I can’t wait to try the other products this company has made. Comfort & esthetic
Alll of my clients are out like a light bulb in 15 min! As a lash Artist this is an A+++ in all aspects! Great for clients who typically have back issues laying flat. I never hear a “how much longer” anymore and I couldn’t of asked for more! The bed is so beautiful and elegant! I always hated the look of a massage bed! My room now looks and feels luxurious!
Had an issue when I just received the bed and customer service was great! They went to great lengths with customer service and made sure I was happy with my purchase! Shipping was looongg but I understand it is made to order, and it makes that more special! 5 months in and still happy!

Best purchase ever!
I had been looking at the Edda bed for a while and I finally caved. I’m OBSESSED and so are my clients. The bed is stunning. I love that my legs fit under the head rest. My pregnant clients actually get to enjoy their appointments comfortably. My lash room is so chic now too! The date of experience I put down was when it shipped. Not quite sure the exact day it arrived.

I love my Plush and Oak bed and pillow
I love my Plush and Oak bed and pillow! I have the Edda bed in Dune & recently got the matching pillow. My clients love it and don’t want to get up after their service! It’s elegant and comfortable and I couldn’t see myself ever using another bed+pillow combo!

I have the Edda bed and the sugar lash…
I have the Edda bed and the sugar lash pillow. I have been using the bed for 2 years now and every client, 5-6 clients, 5 days a week have the best naps, no back pain. It’s curved just perfectly for comfort. Not only is it perfect for them, it is the most comfortable for me as well. I can rest my arms on the head rest. I have a large working space. I do lashes and brows and I am so in love. The pillow is an added bonus for the comfort of my clients. I’ll never use another lash bed in my life ♥️

If I could put 10 stars I would! Not only do my clients love this bed, I have scoliosis and this bed has SAVED my back! Being able to put my legs fully underneath the head of the bed is life changing!

Best Lash Bed On The Market
Plush and Oak quite literally has created the best lash bed in the game. Customers constantly comment on how comfortable my Edda bed is! The customer service team went above and beyond for me and helped me decide what would look best in my studio.
