I love shopping for skincare here as they have an incredible variety of top brands, an amazingly user-friendly website to find anything, and customer service that is over the top. Packages are shipped instantly, shipping is always free in the US, free samples are always included, and you can legit feel the care for every customer by the owner. They continuously provide education on their products’ usage, and truly know their business.

This is my favorite place to shop medical grade skincare. Shipping many times beats Amazon prime shipping & it’s free. Leah and her team are wonderful & helpful and I’ve placed about 30 orders or so over the years. Over my many order only 1 came with 2 missing products. This happened over Black Friday & they were slammed with orders. I messaged Leah on a Saturday night fully expecting a reply sometime the next week but she replied that very same night to reassure me I’d be taken care of that Monday. And I was. I’ll never shop skincare elsewhere.

These reviews are all over the place. First--you cannot beat these prices. I have consistently bought 2 products--both skinade products and have never had any issues. Both these products I have purchased for years in my hometown. I cannot find a better price than skinbeautifulrx. Shipping is free and fast. I've never needed customer service because I've never had a problem. I love them.

I do not recommend buying from Skinbeautiful Rx because they have the most HORRIBLE customer service. The company sent me 2 face serums that had already gone bad (oxidized). I had previously bought these same serums from other vendors, so I know the serum is supposed to be clear and not orange-brown in color. When I notified the company about this issue and requested for either replacement/refund/credit, they (Daisy) were defensive and told me I should stick with shopping elsewhere. She also blocked/cancelled my account despite the fact that I had been a regular customer of 6 years without prior issues. This kind of response is childish and unprofessional.

With this company, it seems things are fine so long as you don't bring up any issues. Too bad if you did receive spoilt products or missing items, because their response would be rude, arrogant and condescending, and they would cancel you -- this kind of bad attitude business doesn't deserve good, decent customers.

Following Leah’s YouTube and Instagram for years and you won’t find a better place to shop or learn! A knowledgeable hardworking woman owned business who I’m glad to support!

Ordered product but didn't receive it. When contacting customer service they didn't reply (only email option) so had to do a charge back to get my money. Fraud!

Horrible on all levels!! PAID FOR PRODUCT AND DID NOT SHIP OR REFUND.

Condescending, Unprofessional & Irresponsible Behavior
I placed an order and immediately asked for it to be processed promptly. Instead, the order was placed on hold without reason, then abruptly canceled without warning. When I followed up, their tone was dismissive and unprofessional — telling me to “shop elsewhere.” For a retailer claiming to sell medical-grade products, this kind of conduct is shocking. I’ve reported this incident directly to Alastin and Galderma and urge others to be cautious.

Amazing customer service, great prices and deals. Also have incredible brands that are hard to find elsewhere. Have always had wonderful experiences with this site and have ordered many, many times.

The product was not delivered. They refused to send a replacement/refund, unlike all responsible companies. So if you buy from skinbeautifulrx be prepared to end up paying regardless of wether you receive a product or not. They use USPS, which is notorious for losing packages, but I guess it costs them less so why not? They'll make you pay for the lost items and ship inexpensively too. Plus, they'll stop answering your emails when you request a replacement or refund.
