Original sink arrived with a crack through it and didn't notice until opened by the fitter. Got onto the store and a new sink was dispatched the same day for next day delivery. Excellent service.

We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience.
Unfortunately, due to a recent supplier price increase, the cost price of the Vokera PCB became higher than the price it was incorrectly listed at on our website. As a result, we were unable to fulfil the order at that price and contacted you as soon as possible to explain the situation.
We understand your frustration and apologise for the inconvenience caused. This was not an attempt at false advertising, but an unforeseen pricing error following supplier cost changes. We are currently reviewing our pricing processes to help prevent similar issues in future.
