They were very professional and helpful. I had multiple problems with my order. I thought I had ordered one thing and it turns out I ordered something else that’s one of the problems with my Parkinson’s, but they helped me straighten it all out and we’re very kind and consider all they did it. Thank you very much.

Excited to try the titanium products in my kitchen!
I've been researching titanium and your findings are not a surprise to me. I am most excited to try the products first hand and toss my iffy items from my kitchen. Your promoter was pleasant to hear and see. Her speech although would've been more believable if it would've always matched her lip movements.

Outstanding Customer Service!
I haven’t actually used my cookware yet. However, I am so happy with the Customer Service at Plateful that I needed to write a review. My package supposedly arrived however, it didn’t arrive. It didn’t arrive for enough days that I contacted the company. The response was prompt, kind, and caring; just the kind of a response that’s wanted in this situation. About five days after the indication of delivery, it was actually delivered. When I contacted Customer Service to let them know that I had received it. I think she was as excited as I was. They’re in the dishwasher now getting ready to be used. I can’t wait.
