Misleading return policy and shadey business practice
I bought the 3 pan set and the was sent more marketing offers for a complete kitchen set. I put it in the cart to look at later. I had to leave the sight prior to confirming or authorizing purchase and found later that they charged me anyway. I inquired about the issue and desire to return and was sent options for a 30% off refund and keep it or $1,000 store credit or a full return however you can't return anything that was used. I used one frying pan. What good is a money-back guarantee if you can't use it? To complicate it more, they won't pay for the return. I didn't authorize the additional charge and they want me to pay for the return shipping of that unauthorized purchase. I don't think the pan works as advertised and not worth the money and compound that with the shadey business practice, I recommend steering clear of this company or buy on Amazon where you have a better return policy.

This is my Life! And I’m so lucky for each day. Safe food matters!

Hi Rosalie,
Thank you for this lovely review. It was a joy to read about the home you and your husband built 35 years ago, filled with books, collections and stories. We are so glad the Titanium Pro Cutting Board has found a place in that kitchen. We have also noted your wish that the cooking utensils were offered individually, and we will share it with the team. Thank you for reminding us that life is a gift!
Warm regards,
Samuel from Plateful
I learned something that I hadn’t…
I learned something that I hadn’t heard. I knew about the uses of titanium, the brake down of cast iron products and some of the other pans quality. I had just started looking at a new set of cookware but being on a very strict budget makes it hard. I am in hopes to be able to save for a couple of the pans in the future. I don’t do a lot of cooking and I’m learning to grill more of my vegetables along with my meats. I liked that you try to help people with cost effective plans. Be in a retired nurse and having lost my husband to health issues I’m trying to improve my health. I have five grandchildren and one great granddaughter who turns two next month than I want to watch grow up.
