I live in Scotland and ordered air plants & Spanish moss from a plant prescription , delivery was super fast , the plants were packaged and presented beautifully , I was so pleased with the quality of the plants when they arrived , the customer service was excellent from start to finish . I have problems sleeping but after visiting the shop and speaking to them. I was shown the right plant to have in my bedroom. Amazing friendly people.

I have purchased several plants both from the store and online and have been extremely impressed with the level of care taken to ensure I receive a good quality, healthy plant. Joe obviously loves plants and has a wealth of knowledge he is happy to share if you want advice. There is a wide range of choice for all budgets and I will happily be back for more in the future!

Wow such a unique and beautiful shop.
The range of plants are just outstanding and with the guidance from Jo he was able to explain to me which plants were best suited for me.The knowledge and passion Jo has for plants is incredible.The shop also offer tea and cake now which was a bonus! I could sit and admire the view of the plants a bit longer it was like being in a tropical paradise.

I have now purchased many plants from this shop. Online, in shop and also had a personal delivery from Joseph with a large plant.
His shop is beautiful and he is extremely knowledgeable about the plants he sells. Great customer service, I would highly recommend

I ordered a lovely boxed flower set from here, this arrived with both care and consideration to its care. The presentation of the flowers were impeccable and the after care information was extremely helpful. I could kill an air plant so this information and support on how to make the plant last has been extremely helpful. Would recommend and would defiantly use again.

THE BEST houseplant shop in Bedfordshire. APP has the most healthy gorgeous plants, everything you want from the most easy care to the rarer varieties, and I must say the prices are as outstanding as the plants, since frequenting this delightful shop the owner has expanded with the most delightful coffee shop, so you can grab a delicious coffee, sit and get the owners expertise and mull over what green beauty you are taking home.

Unfortunately my plant was packed with an unsecured stake , which went right through the main leaf leaving a large whole and also bent & snapped the upcoming new leaf . It was also pictured much larger with more leaves than the example I received .
I’m a rare plant collector and appreciate plants can suffer damage in transit and that is the risk you take as a buyer but if they are not packed considerately this is down to the seller .
I had to accept a small partial refund as the seller made it clear I would have to pay all return costs which I thought was unfair in the circumstances . It’s a shame this incident has happened as I could have been a great future customer .

Bought a philodendron fuzzy and it was well packaged and the plant was beautiful.

I ordered two plants and a few nursery pots.
One of the plants was a Alocasia nebula baby with two leaf, one leaf was yellowish and dying off when I opened my parcel. The other was a syngonium wendlandii which wasn't well packaged, the soil was coming out, and quite a few leaf was damaged with brown spots I had to cut them off. I read they are in the middle of moving to a new shop.. so maybe that's why it happened. It was my first order from them.
