I purchased an iPad cover just over 2 years ago. I was very pleased it was beautifully made. It has been used daily over the last two years and has taken a lot of use. Recently due to wear the little magnets on the edge that keep the case closed came out. I made a claim under the lifetime warranty. Pipetto were very quick and provided excellent service in sending me a replacement. I would strongly recommend there products and excellent customer service.

Some parts of the edge of my I-pad case started to crumble away, and after two years I contacted Pipetto's Customer Service about this issue. In a polite message, they promised me a new I-pad case. I was very pleased with the answer. Thank you very much Pipetto!

My 3 year old iPad case developed a fault despite protecting my iPad really well everyday. Pipetto sent me a replacement after I sent photos of the fault. Excellent service. Lovely case and very versatile.

The case does not have a strong magnet cover and it doesn’t stick to the iPad when you lift it. It just flops out leaving your device unprotected. Also the customer service took nearly two weeks in numerous emails to acknowledge the issue and refund my money, leaving me to pay for the postage back even though the item didn’t work.

Awful. Literally not even a month old and it looks like I have had it 3 years. iPhone X case. Peeling like nuts. Not great but nice idea need to revamp the material that’s for sure. Would not buy ever again

Excellent case. Fits perfect on 2021 12.9 iPad Pro. Customer service is fantastic. Will definitely buy from here again.

I had an issue with a leather case I ordered in January. I emailed the company and received a very prompt response. I was amazed when I was told that a replacement case would be sent to me due to the lifetime warranty on my phone case.

Pipetto provides great customer service. I had a problem with a case that was resolved very quickly. When my new/replacement case arrived, it fit perfectly, and is exactly like my original red one that I loved… only a bright, cheerful blue. Thank you for consistently working hard for customers.

I have now ordered 2 IPad cases, and both are excellent and value for money. The website is easy to use, and delivery is prompt. I would not hesitate to use this Company again.

I cannot praise this wonderful company enough, I had a slight issue with a case I bought about 18 months ago and contacted them about this. To my suprise they explained that they have a lifetime gurantee with all of their products and I qualify for a replacement.

They immediately sorted this out for me, I only wish other companies would show a fraction of the service and courtesy that this company shows to it's customers, absolutely brilliant company and I would certainly highly recommend to anybody who was sitting on the fence. First class all round.

Have used this company for iPhone and iPad covers and find the products excellent. Have just ordered an iPad cover for my husband which unfortunately was faulty. This has now been replaced free of charge, excellent customer service would highly recommend.

Needed a cover for an iPad Pro 2016 9.7". Found what I wanted at Pipetto and ordered, reduced price added bonus. Received an 11" version and contacted Pipetto. They apologised and sent a replacement at the same time I returned the incorrect one at no cost to me. Received the correct size within a couple of days of the original. Great cover. Pipetto also refunded me, which was an error in an automated system apparently. I contacted them to let them know and have since paid my bill!

After a year, My I pad case had a small break. I wrote to Pipetto, who were fantastic and are sending me a replacement case for no charge.

I have purchased a Pippetto case for three successive generations of my ipads. The quality of their products is excellent and their service and support exemplary.

Great product and induction charges through it. Lifetime guarantee is upheld. Mine lost a corner and it was replaced with no quibble on the basis of a photograph. I have the rose gold iPhone6 sr cover.

Not only do Pipetto have excellent products but if you have a problem their customer services team are both prompt and efficient. A model for a companies to achieve.
