Really trying to be constructive because I bought from Pipetto before with no problem, they obviously have distribution issues atm which are conceivably out of their control. What I can't stand is the lack of any communication about it. I've paid for my order in full on a credit card, which has maxed out the card and can't be used by anyone else at work. Meanwhile my order hasn't shipped even though the product is still being offered for sale on their website. When I ring it literally takes between 15 - 20 minutes holding on before speaking to someone, they inevitably say they don't know but will find out (the stock/delivery seems to be handled elsewhere and the number you call is really just customer service [I use that term lightly]), then they never call back. I just want my money back now, at least some other poor sap can use the card to buy something else. The communication is completely appalling and I just feel like I opened the window and flung my money outside, the chances of talking to someone who can actually make a difference to the outcome are remote. I like the products but I couldn't go through this torture again, don't be seduced by the reasonable prices, go elsewhere, it's the only way the company may understand that they need to communicate effectively with their customers, this service is just rubbish.

Super helpful team, had a cover that started tearing off after a year and the after sales team efficiently replaced it! Highly recommended

The Pipetto Origami iPad case is an excellent product. When mine had an issue, after almost a year in service, their customer service was great with quick warranty claim satisfaction.

I searched protected case for my IPad 12.9” for a while. I bought some cases with famous brand name from Best Buy and Walmart but I returned them because of thickness and weights. I am so glad to receive the Pipetto case After I order it online.
It is an excellent and well designed case. If you care about the thickness or thinness of the case then the Pipetto is the great product you are looking for. It protects the device while it won’t make your IPad looks like a “heavy book”.Also,the customer service is excellent team as well which is hard to find nowadays

Not a bad word to say about the products or the company, I’ve purchased 5 cases and recommended them to friends and colleagues also, I’ve had 2 seedless warranty claims and recently purchased another case for a new 5th Generation iPad Pro.
The cases are amazing, quality, style and functionality. And the customer service from the company us second to none.

I was given a Pipetto case for my birthday by a relative and unfortunately it didn’t fit my iPad Pro properly. I contacted Pipetto after I’d registered the case and explained the problem and they sent me a brand new case immediately. Unfortunately, this case did not fit either so I emailed them and they apologised and sent me a new folio case to compensate. This case fitted beautifully!
The extraordinary thing about this whole transaction was that I never had a receipt for the original case as it was a gift. I don’t know of another company who would have said “that’s ok, don’t worry, we’ll sort it out” in those circumstances but Pipetto did, and for that, they have earned my deep respect. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their products these days but this company does and their products are superb quality!

Anna was on the case (haha) from beginning to end. And when the case arrived it was fabulous to fit onto my iPad.

My ipad case which I have had for about 16 months recently cracked through no fault of my own. I made a claim on the lifetime warranty, which I registered for at the time of purchase. The customer service team responded within a couple of hours, on a Saturday no less, to say that they would be sending me a replacement case! Absolutely fantastic customer service and even though there was a fault with mine I highly recommend their products.

There was a dent and scratches on the back item on arrival - no damage to the box or package .
I would not recommend and have requested a refund

I recently had a claim under warranty (pipetto), well exceptional service. I had to send some photos to show the problem. They came back straight away and let me choose my new case, which got delivered quickly.
I cannot fault their customer service and a great product.

Спустя менее 12 месяцев бережной эксплуатации чехла для iPad Pro 2020 началось отклеивание мягкой части чехла от твёрдой.
Сфотографировал. Отправил Pipetto вопрос как правильно приклеить.
Pipetto ответили, что это брак и высылают мне новый чехол.
В итоге пользуюсь новым чехлом.

Отношение к своей репутации и клиенту - просто на максимальном уровне!

Буду и дальше заказывать чехлы напрямую на сайте Pipetto.

I received my iPad case which had some defects so I complained. Customer service was very good. They sent out a new case straight away and let me keep the damaged one also. Products definitely overpriced but good quality.

My mini i-pad cover was coming up to years old, and the corners seemed to be delaminating, making the i-pad insecure. I contacted Pipetto about this and they advised they would replace the cover F.O.C. without any further questions.
Almost 2 weeks passed, & i still had not received the replacement. I sent another mail to Anna, who most most apologetic and sent the replacement out 1st class, next day delivery, along with a £5 voucher for future purchases.
Its a pleasure doing business with this company. Perhaps some of the larger companies could learn from Pipetto`s excellent customer service.

An initial problem of delivery was really considered and soon resolved. Extremely pleasant people to deal with. The cover seems effective and amusing investigating the various options.

Seems odd that so many people praise their customer services when replacing so many faulty goods. Surely it would be better business sense if the products were manufactured to a more robust standard. Have had to have two iPad cases replaced and two iPhone cases. Unfortunately the iPhone case for the iPhone 8 is no longer available so offered a voucher which is pretty useless as there is nothing else they advertise that is of any use to me.

Had difficulty deciding which case would fit my old iPad as it was a very early version. Anna guided me towards the correct one and it was ordered and received within 3 days. This is the second one I have bought, lovely product and very helpful customer support.

I contacted Pipetto regarding an ipad cover I'd had for 3 years which had deteriorated wondering whether it might still be under warranty.
It wasn't, but Anna offered me a £10 voucher to use on the website towards another one. As there was a sale on, I got a very good deal and I was very happy with the customer service and prompt response. Thank you, Pipetto!
