Ordered the Ultra Slim Sleeve for my new MacBook Pro. Loved the product and order a second one for a MacBook Air.

The case for the MacBook Air came with a crease along the front and back. The customer service team (Anna is amazing) was able to send me a replacement case.

Great communication, customer service, and product!

I loved my old origami cover and searched for a long time to find a similar design from Pipetto. I bought one for my iPad mini and one for my iPad Air, and they both fit perfectly. The design protects my iPads well. I strongly recommend Pipetto cases!

The 360 Rugged Folio Case goes on one way only but I have to contort myself to use the fingerprint security which is on the other side. Also, the magnetic flap flops onto the screen. However, this can be resolved as I gather you have to bend it hard back so it sticks magnetically at the back. Otherwise it’s perfect!

My wife's repeat experiences of the origami iPad cases persuaded me to switch. I'm very pleased to have done so. This one, an Origami No2 Shield, is very good looking and is lighter, sleeker and more robust than my previous cases. The quality is obvious. It will be perfect for everyday use and is particularly adaptable and stable for aircraft and train travel. Royal Mail's failure to deliver was dealt with by Anna in a fast and no-hassle manner. Exemplary customer support. I wish they made a case for my Kindle!

Great quality case, great customer service

Their origami cases are best in the business - extremely well made, durable, and work as expected - strong magnets hold it in the desired fold very very well. The only issue is slow shipping and ludicrously expensive shipping to the US.

Product initially arrived with a small bit of damage but customer service were amazing at arranging a replacement product. The iPad case is great quality.

Excellent quality iPad Pro case I use it daily, it was handy to watch movies on a 9 hr flight. Keeps it scratch free and safe with the added benefit of being stylish.

I have wanted an origami iPad case from this company for a long time as my research indicated that their product, in my opinion, is the best. I was waiting for a price reduction that would help me to afford one and along came a Black Friday discount. Fantastic! I then forgot to add the discount code for my purchase! I contacted Pipetto’s Customer Service department, explaining what had happened. They were marvellous! The customer service I received was second to none. The emails I received were written in a friendly manner plus they acknowledged all my points that clearly showed they had personalised the return message, rather than sending an non-specific response. They responded to my email ahead of the timescale they stated and are returning the percentage-off offered that I failed to add. The product arrived the very next day!
I’m so very pleased with this service.

Pipetto responded quickly to my inquiry and made it really simple for me to have my iPad case replaced. I will continue to buy Pipetto products for my entire family.

I want to acknowledge and thank Anna of Pipetto's customer service for turning around what I thought was going to be a disaster in the delivery of the iPad cases I ordered. While it did take a while (total of 3 months until I finally received my order), I really appreciated that she never wavered and constantly followed-up on actions and even took the call to replace the iPad cases that got lost within the Australian mailing system. By far the most responsive customer service I have experienced.

Very fast and appropriate response by P customer service on a small cocern we had when ordering new pipettos for our new ipads recently.
One issue they may address: ordering Pipettos from the UK to the EU is now charged with 26% duties thanks to Brexit. On an order of €100 this means an extra charge of €26 of duties and handling. It would be nice if Pipetto warned on its website for this. We would have ordered anyway but no surprise would have been nicer

Great product and great customer service. Problem with Royal Mail delivery was dealt with sympathetically and swiftly.

This is my third Pipetto case. I love the way it folds. I wondered whether to change it for another colour but have decided to keep it - a wise decision!

Firstly, the iPad case was excellent; a very good, well made, design. Secondly, for some technical reason, a discount didn't work but this was quickly rectified. Great communication - polite and efficient. I highly recommend Pipetto.

Please be aware that any bubbling on the back cover is likely due to the need to remove the plastic film designed to protect the product in transit.
