CREASEY BANNERS, no common sense and poor customer service in the end...the only company to FOLD its banners! Disappointing.

It really is a shame as Max and the team were quick and the quality wasn't bad for the price.
HOWEVER, I've never come across a printing/banner company, that FOLDS its banner. When I complained, Max later advised to have the banner rolled-up, I'd have to pay an extra £45. Why wasn't I advised of this in the first place? And what company folds their banners? I specifically told Max that the banner was to be used for photos at an event! I will now be spending the week steaming/ironing the banner.

If you enjoy steaming/ironing/hairdrying at work, then go ahead, feel free to use Pinnacle Banner but if, like me, you prefer COMMON SENSE and like to be truly valued as a customer, please go somewhere else.

Both product and service were excellent - banner exactly to my specification, and customer service very helpful and patient, especially important to me as I am partially sighted so find anything online a challenge,

This company is not trust Max keeping our money, they didn't delivery the backdrop on the day, our event was a nightmare because they send just the frame... we pay to return the frame now we keeping waiting the money almost 1 month after...

Talked to Max from the get-go.
I wanted a 2x2 metre backdrop.
I didn’t even know our logo was too pixled to blow up that big, but he solved that without even asking.
I got our backdrop exactly in said time, and I’m MORE than pleased with the work, the swift conversations and the result.

I spoke to Max at Pinnacle Banners who provided an outstanding service. They were more than helpful putting in extra time and demonstrating patience with the design. The service was outstanding as well as the quality for all four banners for a smart car - motor home and press were equally professional - waterproof durable and strong we purchased Vinyl stickers and Vinyl banners. We used the banners whilst our team are on the ground in Ukraine - the charity is helping to provide support and aid on the ground. We will use their service again and highly recommend.

Bad qualit the stand was much bigger does not accept the return

Contacted Max from Pinnaclebanner, ordered a few, they arrived quickly and promptly, and seemed to be be of good quality.
Even to the extent I have ordered another twenty.
Took one point off as banners were folded and not rolled, but have been promised this won’t happen again.
Would recommend.

From the call back to the advice on what I needed these guys were instant and efficient.
Could not have been more hlepful and the banner which is massive and being used as a stage back drop is brilliant. Within 15 minutes I had my order sorted and confirmed and the banner arrived within 5 days.
