I've received two framed prints which are absolutely fine.

The only issue I had was with delivery. There was no notification that my order had been delivered and no card left by Evri. Going forward, it might help to put tracking numbers on the despatch notification.

No issues with customer service. Took a couple of days to get back to me but query was resolved quickly.

DREADFUL, DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE, DREADFUL

Ordered and paid for an item and then zero communication. Item not arrived and cannot get an answer from any messages or emails sent. Wish I had taken note of all the other negative reviews and avoided like the plague. Don't make the same mistake I did.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
I'm giving this company a one-star review because I can't give them a zero. The stuff doesn't get delivered, and when you send an email saying you want a refund, no one responds. Shocking service and equally bad customer service when things go wrong. Don't use this company.

Firstly the poster itself is actually pretty cool , I ordered the monopoly style street art and it’s really different so 2 Stars for that . Sadly the frames are absolute garbage, literally unpacked it took off the protective wrapper and it was already broken , top of the frame clean off . Not sure what they’re made of because it had disintegrated almost like charcoal. Look I paid £30 with free shipping so I glued it up best I can and if I order again I would get my own frame . Shame really because like I said the design is really cool.

This company wont be around for long .
Purchased 4 prints and frames .
On arrival the frames were so cheap they disintegrated on removal from the parcel . All 4 of them ! Politely asked for a refund on the frames only . Was told that it was not their problem as they had broken after delivery . I. E as I opened the parcel . Then ignored me. This is not good enough expect to have to chase them through your bank ... You can run a business with that attitude

The print that arrived was not the one I ordered. They made a mistake with the personalisation. Have so far tried:

4 emails
1 review (which they did not publish)
Comments on their Facebook ads

But I can’t get anyone to contact me, and there is no phone number to call.

Avoid this company - their products are substandard (the frame was cheap and wonky) and their prints are shoddy.

My ordered item never arrived. After contacting Inkhaus they sent me some tracking information for a package going to India (I live in the UK). They then claimed to have sent a replacement after I asked for a refund. After waiting annother 5 days for the package to not be delivered I asked again for a refund. Only received the refund after escalating the issue through my bank.

Would I recommend this company absolutely not . Pathetic customer service . Did not deliver the product ordered and refused to respond to any emails about the situation . If I could have given them 0 I would have . Avoid this company like the plague

Poor quality frame and no customer service - June 2026

At £38 I expected better. The frame quality is disappointing, with visible gaps at the mitre joints that make it look and feel cheap. There was also no delivery information provided, so I had no idea who was shipping it or how to track it.
I gave them the opportunity to put it right by contacting them about both issues. No response. That's what prompted this review. Avoid if you're expecting a quality product and basic customer service.

If I could give zero I would.
Please, please be aware of this company. I can only assume they are scammers.
Placed an order back in May for a Father's Day gift, what arrived was faulty and quality WAY below standard as advertised (false advertising?!) I tried to contact them immediately as per their website guidelines and got no reply. Chased via socials, got limited email reply just saying replacement would be sent (this was 8th June)... NOTHING received. Chased again via email and socials - NOTHING. Sent requests for refund (as Father's Day long gone now!) and offered to return faulty item NOTHING.

This is a dodgy company for sure - if these reviews are anything to go by.

No contact number, all very shady. Wish I had done more research, so hoping I can warn others.

PLUS, I had submitted a review (ironically at their automated request), but surprise surprise they are not publishing on their site. SO DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE, sure they are deleting off my comments on Facebook too.

Please take your custom elsewhere.

Order never arrived in their time specified and still hasn't arrived.
No telephone number to contact them.
They haven't replied to any of my emails over the past week.
Certainly wouldn't recommend them as unreliable.

SO......before this rating,I said that it didn't arrive & that it's a scam company

Well the order arrived ! ..........about 4 weeks late !
NO tracking information was provided at any point
I emailed them using there "customer service" link

Only received a reply after 4 emails over 4 days and only after i threatened to take the matter further with my bank

Only for them to tell me it had been delivered by EVRI (if you're in the UK u know)
Well EVRI delivered it at 9:30 PM so I was in bed,the parcel was left outside my front door (I live on a dodgy estate,if U know U know)
Luckily my neighbour saw it and took it indoors and he brought it round 3-4 days later 🤦🏻‍♀️

The quality.........well what can I say ,one of the frames was dented ,& the prints aren't exactly great quality and neither is the frame tbh ,I don't think they will last tbh (but seeing as I'm being evicted ,they will be in storage for a while so can't say yet to their durability)

But overall I would STILL avoid this website/buying anything
because of ZERO communication/no tracking number & quite poor quality ,so although I EVENTUALLY received my order,I still rate it zero due to the issues I faced.
