Worst Company Ever !!!
Still constantly getting pestered by this pain of a company. Do you EVER listen to what people tell you, or do you just like to pester people for the fun of it ???
Really the worst company I have ever dealt with, told them hundreds of times, sorry I cant pay, do they acknowledge you - NO !!!
Do they reply - NO !!!
What do they do, email, text, SMS every ten minutes to say you should pay this bill, really bad company - do not get involved with them

Break their agreements !!
Got excepted for a loan and got sent the agreement and dates. To me that’s a contract . Then I get a message saying it’s declined. This company has broke their agreement and can’t be bothered to reply to their email. Don’t waste your time ! Can I also add I had an email saying my money was in its way. Does that sound like a decline !!!! Full of rubbish !

Although you do sign a loan agreement, the loan application is not complete until we have completed various checks. Your loan decision may not be reached until later in the application process.

They send me conformation Loan accepted then 5 minutes later send another saying its been declined! Why?

Irresponsible lending and poor complaints handling
I has been nearly 2 weeks since I accepted and offer of redress from PiggyBank for a partially upheld complaint on irresonsible lending. I sent my bank details to them 12 days ago, I then had to send them again 6 days ago and have had no response since and the redress has not been sent to me. It is unacceptable that it has taken nearly 2 weeks for this to be settled after they have admitted irresponsible lending. To say I am unhappy is an understatement.

One loan shows twice on credit report
Somehow my outstanding loan shows on my credit file twice? One is up to date and the other is showing as overdue.
Bit cheeky as there was only the 1 loan and this is affecting my score.
