Absolutely fantastic, loyal customer
Absolutely fantastic service can not fault them one bit, have helped me out while stuck numerous times, as a loyal customer I would never go anywhere else when I’m stuck for unexpected expenses, simple easy to understand instructions great repayment system in place makes it easy to track repayments and option to pay earlier really can help.

Very disappointed with Piggy Bank
Very disappointed with Piggy Bank, complaint in with for irresponsible lending, several accusations made by them inaccurate/income on a previous application, even went as far as saying they had my wage slip with this on, despite me proving otherwise, claims of irresponsible borrowing on my part, they then said they did all the relevant checks which highlighted I had a very high disposable income, completely contradicts the apparent irresponsible borrowing, despite all this they then decide there was a pattern emerging which resulted in irresponsible lending, whilst they were accommodating when my personal situation changed, I do not appreciate false accusations, this has now gone to the FOS to pick up

Take forever with funds
Finally admitted they shouldn’t have provided me with 11 loans. Waiting over 4 days for the refund now. Crazy how quick they pay out money for the loans within an hour. Yet when it’s their wrong doing they can take over a week to give you back the money they owe you!

One of the most efficient and user friendly application processes out there. Emails are clear, attach all information you would need to refer back to and easy link to get to website login. Fair rates, fast reliable service and user friendly site.

Pointless!
Applied for second loan, approved no problem.. however, zero point having it now as I needed the money this evening and it won’t pay out my loan until 11 hours! 10.00 tomorrow morning! So much for within an hour, when the money arrives they can have it straight back as it’s absolutely no good to me in the morning, had to borrow it from a friend this evening now.
