The website states that it provides loans within 1 hour. This is misleading in my experience it takes upwards of 48 hours for a decision to be made so if you are looking for emergency cash go elsewhere. The website should clearly state this instead of making spurious claims such as this obviously fictitious customer testimonial displayed on the website which states "I applied on a Sunday.I actually heard I had been accepted within a few minutes, and the money was in my account within a couple of hours even on a Sunday.". This is patently untrue and the website should clearly state loans take in excess of 48 hours to be approved so people looking for emergency cash don't waste there time and go to a lender who does provide emergency cash quickly which is the only reason people take high interest short term loans out in the first place anyway.

Please understand that it is possible to have loan applications accepted and paid out in an hour. However, in cases where applications are referred to our Underwriting Team, this can mean your application can take longer to be processed.

DONT USE! Applied for loan due to emergency. I rang up provided documents as it went to the underwriting team and it took them
Two days to give me an answer. When I rang up the guy on the phone said "it does state on our website if you apply after one pm then it could take up to 48 hours". So much for quick cash. Joke company and I wouldn't recommend at all, customer services and attitude is shocking. Rather go beg on a street than go near these again, and don't be fooled by the responses they leave giving a load of deal excuses trying to cover them selves! DO NOT TOUCH!

We complete numerous checks prior to accepting an application, Unfortunately if you've had a change of circumstance or something is negatively affecting your credit score you may now be ineligible.

Never had a pay day loan in my life…
Never had a pay day loan in my life ...but continue to get phone calls and texts asking for a David ...to whom I am not . No matter how many times I’ve contacted this crappy company about their mistake. They refuse to take my mobile number off their list . I really hope to not here from this dodgy company again . If I want a loan I’ll go to my bank . I was even told to block the number...so professional piggy bank

I honestly recommend. clear conditions.they don't force you to take. I want to laugh at these stupid comments. he falls into debt and later cries. this is a temporary loan. you have to go to work. not a loan for a loan.

Piggybank have not bothered to reply to my email regarding and update on my complaint - this is very disappointing and i would appreciate some correspondence today.

Website still not updated??!!!
Not been able to access their website for nearly 2 months now, how they can sustain their company when they can't offer any loans makes no sense. How long does it take to make these changes? They had been pretty efficient up to that point and now nothing can move forward until they get the website working properly. It's frustrating and not good for the customers or company if we can't use your services.

Still waiting for a refund I am due for…
Still waiting for a refund I am due for them for a payday loan reclaim. This is very poor as they pay out over an hour but having to wait over 4 days already is very poor on the companies behalf. Pretty poor when it was said by them over the phone it would be paid by today! Certainly wouldnt recommend to anyone after this experience.

More Convenience - You won't lose your place in the application, as you can save your place in the application journey
More Pages - The application will be easier to follow, as it will be broken up onto separate pages
We've also been updating the online account area, so when you log into your account, things will be easier to find, and there will be more self-service options.

Up there with the worst of the worst. I had sent a complaint 9 weeks ago and they have completely ignored it. Do not borrow from them, 1 star ratings are even way too high for them. Scum of the Earth, bottom feeders!

I made a complaints against the company…
I made a complaints against the company which was upheld. I am due a refund but been told it could take up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed and paid into my account. It just seems unfair, that when you want a loan, it is done within a few hours, but when money is due to the customer, it cannot be done by faster payment and takes up to 7 days. What a shame.
