Not trustworthy
It’s so sad to see a local business downgrade so badly. I used this company a couple of times for personal projects. But it’s clear that they changed staff and it’s no longer a business I want to support. The new manager… does not know anything about this industry. It’s so sad seeing them buy reviews to try to cover the real ones. I never review companies but I can’t let people waste their money here
Poor Service
I was hoping to have this for Christmas. Ordered way in advance and this is Jan 19 and I’m just getting notice of shipping now? It’s still not delivered. Pretty unacceptable.

I am a professional photographer and have just started to upload some of my work to Pictorem. Their website looks impressive, but after checking the company on Trustpilot, I am removing my work again. Any company with such an amount of negative ratings, especially the mentioned customer service and print quality concerns, should be avoided. With my thanks to Trustpilot and it's contributors!

I am a professional photographer and this is the WORST company to do business with. I ordered 2 canvas prints. The first on Dec 4th 2025 and the second Dec 16. they gave me production due dates of two weeks. Now it is 5 weeks later (Jan 9, 2026) and after 2 calls to their customer service they said they are 3 plus weeks behind production, with No knowledge of when my order will be completed. When asked about talking to a manager, they stated they are also far behind call backs from a manager to discuses my completion date.

Von Kanada nach Deutschland (Rostock). Das Poster war super verpackt. Die Qualität ist einsame Spitze. Besser geht es nicht. Diesen Internethändler kann ich nur empfehlen.

Great Quality but VERY SLOW Production
I really love the quality of the canvas prints and the quality of the stretching, framing, and packaging. I get a great piece of finished art for a price that is just slightly higher than stretching rolled canvas myself. I am pleased. HOWEVER, their production is super slow. It generally takes 6 to 7 weeks for one piece of high-quality canvas, with a matte or semigloss varnish, to move through production. I was uploading files in Photoshop format, but as of today, they are only accepting JPG and TIF formats. This has delayed current production by 3+ weeks for one art piece. It would have been nice to know that they changed formats 3 weeks ago when I uploaded the artwork, or even two weeks ago when I asked what action was required after I checked production status.
Regardless quality is unparalleled and if you are not in a hurry, Pictorem is worth the wait.
Very Poor Quality and Service
The whole process from the time I submitted the digital file of my photo until the time I received the print took just short of two months. I submitted a large tiff file taken from a very high quality full frame camera and the final so called “HD” metal print looks like it was taken with an old flip phone. And this time I had them do whatever they felt was needed to process the file for optimal quality. Very disappointed. Will take my orders elsewhere in the future.
Not for professional photographers-SLOW production time
The work they produce is beautiful---as long as you don't have a time line. I placed an order mid November for a acrylic print/Christmas gift and as of today, it hasn't even been printed! This is ridiculous! I have contacted them several times about this and they offer excuses but the bottom line is that I don't have the product that I ordered over 5 weeks ago. If you are a professional photographer trying to deliver product to clients, I would advise you to go elsewhere or prepare to have disappointed clients.

I’ve been a customer of Pictorem for a few years now. I always thought they delivered a quality product but recently they have failed to deliver in a reasonable timeframe. Their website processing times that they state are WILDLY inaccurate. I placed an order on December 11 (the date my client ordered with me) and their website stated it would ship by the 19th. The 19th comes and no update. I reach out to them and not only am o getting cut and paste responses from their “team,” likely outsourced to India, I’m told that they’re still working through November orders so there’s no way it will ship anytime soon. And, they refuse to give me any compensation for their delays or mistakes. Just “you need to order sooner.” Um, no. I’m ordering when I receive orders from my customers so I’m bound to that timeline, and I expect that their website ship by dates are accurate.
VERY poor customer service. I’ve told them they’ve lost a good customer as I’ve ordered a lot from them in the past but no more. I can get quality print products elsewhere with better customer service.
Not only will my customer not gave his Christmas gift in time, or within a reasonable timeframe after Christmas, they’ve told me they don’t know when it will ship. Absolutely abysmal and never again. Thanks for nothing Pictorem, now I’ve got an upset client because of you.

The frames were well packaged and shipped quickly, and I would definitely order again. One suggestion for future orders would be to label each frame. I had a large order with several frames that looked very similar in size and style, which made it time-consuming to identify them. That said, the overall quality was excellent, the ordering instructions were clear, and the frames fit my artwork perfectly.

Beautifully made Acrylic Prints and metal that i did order from them that were built exactly to specifications, with excellent customer service throughout the process. Unfortunately, the shipping box arrived in rough condition—open on both ends with a large tear—but thankfully the frames themselves were not damaged. While everything arrived safely this time, reinforcing the packaging could help reduce shipping risks in the future.

Shipping estimates not respected, and no ETA of my prints that were ordered mid-november.
I ordered 2 prints mid-november, which were expected to arrive end of november, and I still don't have them. I called and they can't promise they will arrive before christmas. Very deceived as I ordered 7 + weeks before christmas to make sure I have them before christmas.

I ordered a product for my wife on Nov 19th it was for her Xmas gift. They processed the payment right away and never contacted me back on an estimate delivery. When I ordered it , the website said it would take 2 to 3 weeks to receive. I emailed them two weeks later asking about the status. No reply. I called them and left a message , no reply. I emailed them again and told them how bad customer service was and I needed to know if the product was going to be delivered by Xmas. They never responded. They just refund my credit card. I called them today and they answered and told me that it wasn't going to be delivered by Xmas. So instead of calling me or emailing apologizing for that, they just canceled the order. I will not do business with such a rude and disrespectful company. Now I need to scrabble to find another place to make the photo product before Xmas.

If I could give them zero stars, I would!!!! HORRIBLE customer service !!! They don’t answer their phones spent five days and no less than 30 tries to reach somebody !!! finally did and they told me that they had changed warehouses and everything was backed up. They told me I could probably expect my print which was already five weeks late in another 3 to 4 weeks!!!! DO NOT use this company!!! beyond frustrating. Extremely poor Customer service. Oh and Im a repeat customer!!!
