My metal print looked fantastic! Great accurate coloring and lighting! My customer was very satisfied.

The canvas print is superb, it looks like a painting. Incredible craftsmanship. It was a high dynamic range photo and you were able to reproduce the colors, contrasts and shadows flawlessly. Let's not forget the framing, attention paid to every detail . And a shout out to whoever packaged it for shipping. Job well done. Looking forward to Pictorem printing future photographs.

I have ordered 7 framed prints totaling over $1,000 since early Jan. I have received two. The others show Status: Action required - Your file is missing - please upload your file here - or sent it wetransfer.com

Very frustrating that you don’t tell me the status. It still shows that I need to upload my files. I have paid you over $1,000 and only received two prints and NO update on the current status.

Ive been waiting since NOVEMBER for my order and im issuing a refund. What i DO NOT LIKE about this company is on social media they continue to push product that you find out later is out of stock. They take your money and dont say anything till you have to go hunt them down. Its shady. Stop advertising new items if you cannot fulfill your past orders! What's wrong with companies these days?! AND they do NOT give you a time frame of when they can recieve the stock back! As an artist who wanted to get metal prints, I cannot afford to have money in limbo and get jerked around by a company who disrespects my time and effort with bad customer communication and worse, cant even update me on the logistics so I CAN plan for when my item will be made. Its so bad! Awful time.

I chose Pictorem based on the plenitude of positive reviews. Again, based on reviews, I opted for an acrylic, a first go for me. I am wowed by the product delivered. Not to flatter myself — I took the photograph — but my eyeballs spun, and a satisfied smile enveloped my face. Beautiful, beautiful! I was no less impressed by the packaging, so well bundled up as to defy any gorilla-stomping activity. It traveled some 2,000 miles. Thank you, Pictorem. If I could, I would award six stars.😊

Took me longer than usual to get it. I think Pictorem moved at a bad time during the holidays rush, but i have been a long term customer and i can still say the colors are perfect and i can always count on them for quality. I tried other labs and they don't even get close to the color gammut and precision of their print. Keep up the good job!

I ordered an Ozzy Ozborne portrait over a month ago and the portrait over stretched canvas arrived today. I am amazed at the final product. It's even better than what I was expecting!

I’m extremely satisfied with both the product quality and the delivery speed. This company really knows what they’re doing. The customer service is excellent and the final product is gallery-grade. I highly recommend them to anyone who is serious about their photography.

The absolute worst company I have EVER tried to work with. I cancelled my order as they didn't print my order. Now they say ...rate us now you have your order. Do not order anything from these peopleSCAM

Good Job Pictorem ! I submitted a female portrait that I’d touched up, but after hitting send, I realized I’d left some messy skin texture in one area. I messaged the lab to see if they could fix it before printing. Initially, they told me the order was already in processing and might be too late, but when the package arrived (via very speedy delivery), I saw they had actually gone ahead and repaired the area anyway. The skin was perfectly smooth. I was so relieved and impressed by the interaction with their rep, Josef; it’s refreshing to deal with a caring, intelligent human being instead of a computer algorithm.
