I ordered your sample kit last summer to really see the differences in each type of printing material. It was so worth it! I ordered my first Acrylic Print of 'Roco' a humming bird that visited me all last summer. There was an option to have it made round so I thought why not! When I received the box I was so excited my print was very well packaged you could tell the care was taken to ship it. When I laid eyes on it I could have cry at how beautiful it was. The clarity, the depth of color is stunning and the sharpness so true. You have truly done an A+ job in helping me show my work. Everyone who has seen it can believe the very high quality. I have yet to receive my second order. The first order took several months. And, this second order was made three months ago.

Reasonable price. Prompt service. Beautiful printing job. Shipping time about a week, which is pretty good for where I live.

I would caution everyone ordering through Pictorem. One star is even to much or a positive review for this company. I have been a pro user with their company for years and have printed 100's of prints. I noticed a decline in quality and customer service about 2 years ago and struggled through my orders. I have now officially chosen to take my business elsewhere since my last experience. An order that has sat in production close to 3 months and weekly emails to them to get an explanation or any care to escalate the order or issue. Just the same customer service reply for 2.5 months. "we will notify you when it ships". I asked to escalate it to management and that has not happened. I would be embarrassed if I was an owner of a company with this type of experience and not getting involved and handling this with care. Trust me when I say, take your business elsewhere, this company has gone down hill quickly.

We ordered a 60" x 24" image on canvas. We were a little nervous not knowing the quality of this company, but we decided to take a chance. The image came out beautifully. It's exactly as described for this size and resolution. We're very happy and will be putting in more orders!

My experience with Pictorem was extremely disappointing. In November, I ordered a sample kit, but it never arrived. After three and a half months of being told it would be shipped "next month," I was informed the item was discontinued. Subsequently, I ordered a 16x16 clock in late January, with a due date of February 5th, which has still not been sent. My attempts to get clarification regarding why my status was "on hold by the customer," a request I never made, were met with frustration. On multiple occasions, I was promised a manager would call back, but they never did. Today, my calls were simply disconnected.

We had a few issues regarding one of our pieces. We reached out to the Zendesk and Briana was excellent at addressing the issue in a timely manner, rectifying it and keeping us informed throughout the process.

Easy upload and configuration of what to print. I like their 3D virtual preview. Very quick turn-around and a great end-result. Will definitely be using Pictorem again.

I have now used Pictorem three times. The results have been spectacular. Their work is second to none. I will definitely be using them for all of my photo printing requirements.

I have been ordering from Pictorem now for the past three years and have much success. Their product results has been outstanding and my customers are completely satisfied. The canvas prints have been stellar and the prints I've received on metal have also added to the excitement of my customers. The large print format is the way to go. I am happy to have met Fabien at a show in Toronto and will not work with anyone else. He's professionalism as well as his staff have been top shelf.

Ordered a canvas print for a wedding photo - arrived in a timely fashion and was very high quality and beautiful! Highly recommend and will purchase again.

Easy website, BEAUTIFUL results. A bit expensive, but definitely worth it if the portraits will be a focal point. The other websites don’t even compare to the quality of Pictorem.
